Scammers. Claimed the money on my company behalf never received a penny. Can’t even talk to anyone most of the phone are out of service. It’s a shame when I originally agreed on this everything looked legitimate.
Do no use under any circumstances! Mis-represented, mis-sold and lied constantly throughout the process just for them to submit a claim! DO YOUR HOMEWORK YOURSELF FIRST! The report submitted was so substandard I was mortified and you will be left with a fine to pay at the end I can guarantee!!
This whole process has been a nightmare from the start. I was pestered to put a claim in, Roger Hopkins received the initial payment. I have not received a penny. HMRC have now deemed the claim invalid and are chasing me for the amount payable. They never answer the phone, you are just left with a mess to clear up. Do not get involved with this company.
Absolutely terrible customer service, Cannot get an answer or a call back from anyone!! Avoid at all costs. I have send several emails that have gone unanswered and rang the office daily every day they say we will get a call back and knowone ever calls back!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

So they still haven't responded and I see another company has reviewed and is having the same issues. I have resorted to trying to contact via LinkedIn to be told "sorry about your experience, please email customer services' Well customer services seem to be the exact same in that they also do not respond. Do you read you reviews? Is anyone going to reply............
UPDATE:
After resorting to LinkedIn and reviews on this site, I was contacted by the only one of their team who seemed to be able to do anything -had to edit this as Roger Hopkins clearly don't like to praise a team member.........
He took ownership of the issues and recognised the level of service was poor to say the least.
However, credit where it is due, 'Mr No Name' has called and emailed when promised and has resolved the issues to my satisfaction.
It's sad to see others are still having similar issues so maybe try and contact him direct for a resolution.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Alfred. Professional, informative and extremely understanding.I wasn’t 100% sure I would be able to claim due to being a small company but Alfred was diligent and patient with. Will definitely be doing my claim with him next year!
Asking doggy queations, trying to get informations ypu shoudnt give to anybody. I just blocked them as it looks more like a scam for me.
When Alfred Mzengereza contacted us we were a bit skeptical. He explained everything to us in details and was patient and professional.
