Incomplete service
Whilst the service on the phone was helpful the follow up by email has been poor. I have only received a receipt for the large deposit that I paid but no confirmation of the booking and the associated details of the agreement. I has raised this by email to your customer services who have also not responded to this significant omission.

Prices advertised not as shown
Helpful agent to complete our booking but the price advertised was not the same as what we paid - it was more expensive - reason given - those balcony cabins at that price all sold. So why wasn't the advert changed accordingly? Frustrating.

Solo Experience
I was at the end of the embarkation process and could hear the safety drill had started. Advised there was another later but never was, so I was not counted and watched it on TV.
I found no activities for solo people and although notice at a bar on deck 5 "Queue here for drinks" I got told to sit down and wait for someone to come.
There were jigsaws and books that had been donated. Excursions reasonably priced but maps or local info available.
Found quiet places to have coffee and read but more difficult in the evening.

Booking a cruise is so simple. Freindly and helpful staff. The agent Logan was very proffesional and quick. Managed to book the cruise we wanted although cabins were becoming limited. A great deal was snapped up and had credit put to the cruise costs due to previous bookings. Will continue using ROL for our cruising.
