Lovely lady who helped me. The only cabin available when I enquired initially seemed to have gone when I rang back to confirm but she kept refreshing and phoned me back to confirm.

Booking a cruise for spring 27
Needing to book a cruise for spring 27, and we searched those available on ROL, and found one we liked the look of.
Called up and got Natalie, who was able to provide us with all the answers to our questions.
Booked our holiday there and then, with all the trimmings we were looking for.

Very helpful customer service when…
Very helpful customer service when booking the cruise, but the volume of documentation received by email which includes multiple instructions to provide information to Oceania prior to the cruise, very lengthy T&Cs and a 31 page excursion document was overwhelming, and took us by surprise when compared to the simplicity of booking a cruise directly with Saga.
