I normally book via Jake
I normally book via Jake, and it feels like a personal experience. He offers good advice, appearing to have a good knowledge of each ship we've booked. He is reliable, ammeniable, and makes the booking a pleassnt experience.
Of course the competitive prices are also of high importance. The cruise miles and hampers are also most appreciated, thank-you.

Excellent Service provided by ELLIS
Spoke to Ellis , who was excellent in all areas . Knew his subject very well and was able to answer all my questions and I had a few as have never sailed with this particular cruise line before .
Very friendly and have will definitely contact him directly next time we book
ROL , itself . Offers a very wide range of cruises at excellent prices and indeed in the past , provided excellent service .
