RoofBunk International Ltd Avaliações

Pete from RoofBunk was so good to deal with. He messaged back and also let us meet him at silly/late hours.
He answered every question we asked.

The product itself is fantastic. We’ve recently just done 10 days around Scotland and it’s been the best tent I’ve ever stayed in. Me and my wife literally couldn’t wait to get in the roof tent and snuggle down.

Thanks again Pete
Top quality roof tent!

Pete made the experience of buying my roof bunk easy and fun. I would highly rate this company for the product I have received and for customer satisfaction.

I bought a Roamer Hard Shell roof tent from Roofbunk, and haven't looked back since my wild camping tour of the Hebrides. The price was very competitive compared to similar products from other sellers, and the quality first class. It was installed quickly and easily, and to set up or knock down takes about five minutes. The double bed sized mattress, 140cms x 210cms is not just spacious, but as comfortable as our bed at home. I chose to add the mattress topper, and the honeycomb anti condensation mat, both for very little extra. There are windows, with extra insect screens if needed, on all four sides, that can be open or closed depending on prevailing weather or views. Ventilation is good and as a viewing platform it is excellent. I am 71 and find using the ladder to get in and out very easy. At 6' 1"there is lots of room for me to sit up in bed. The cargo net and storage pockets are really useful for clothes, shoes, book, torch, etc,.The bedding can be left in situ when the roofbunk is closed for travel, adding convenience of instant set up, and saving luggage space. With the Roofbunk closed I noticed no difference in the car's handling on motorways. Pete, the boss, is a good communicator and always quick to reply to any query of mine, so the business feels personal. Such a great, comfort and convenience advance on old style camping. I can recommend Roofbunk wholeheartedly. Can't wait for my next adventure.

Excellent product which proved to be very comfortable in use. Pete helped fit it to the roof of my car and has subsequently given much guidance.

The product is excellent and the service we received was exemplary from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Roofbunk. 😊

Pete was fantastic. Didn't need to do a hard sell. He was really great to deal with. I received the roof bunk the day after I placed the order and Pete communicated with me every step of the way. The product itself is fantastic. Well made, highest quality materials and made my camping experience amazing.

Brilliant product and Pete was extremely helpful

The whole experience was great, from the initial purchase Pete emailed straight away and we arranged for collection later that week. Nothing was too much trouble at all any queries I had were always answered and even after collection Pete was on hand for advise. As for the Roof Bunk it’s brilliant one of the best on the market at such a great price! Thank you again

I purchased my roof tent on 26 June 2023. Pete provided an excellent demonstration on how the roof tent works, how it is assembled etc. I had many questions for Pete and he was able to provide full and comprehensive replies to them all. I felt very confident that i had made the right decision to buy a roof tent from roofbunk. Since buying the rooftent i have spent 9 weeks travelling around Norway and i have had no problems with it at all. The only minor issue is the carrier bag that stores the collapsible ladder needs to be made using stronger material as it has already started to split. However i have used the roof tent each night for the last 9 weeks so some wear and tear is to be expected. All in all i am very happy with my purchase and i can certainly recommend Pete and the Roof Bunk company to any future customers looking to buy a roof tent.

I recently purchased the ROOFBUNK car roof tent, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchase. From the exceptional customer service provided by Peter to the outstanding quality of the product and its ease of setup while out camping, this tent has truly exceeded my expectations.

First and foremost, I have to commend Peter for his exemplary customer service. From the moment I inquired about the ROOFBUNK tent, he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided valuable insights to help me choose the right tent for my needs. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring I had a positive buying experience were truly impressive.

The quality of the ROOFBUNK car roof tent is outstanding. It's evident that this product has been crafted with meticulous attention to detail and built to last. The materials used are top-notch, and I have complete confidence in its durability, even in challenging weather conditions. The tent's stitching, zippers, and overall construction are of the highest quality, assuring me that it will provide years of reliable use.

Setting up the ROOFBUNK tent while out camping is an absolute breeze. Whether you're an experienced camper or a novice, you'll appreciate how user-friendly this tent is. The intuitive design and clear instructions make it easy to install, allowing you to focus on enjoying your outdoor adventures rather than struggling with complicated setup procedures. It takes just minutes to have your tent ready, giving you more time to relax and soak in the beauty of nature.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my ROOFBUNK car roof tent. The combination of exceptional customer service from Peter, the top-notch quality of the product, and the ease of setup while camping makes this tent a fantastic investment for any outdoor enthusiast. I highly recommend the ROOFBUNK car roof tent to anyone looking to elevate their camping experience. It's a game-changer that will make your outdoor adventures even more enjoyable and comfortable.

Pete was first class from start to finish. The RoofBunk matched the service and I am delighted with it. Have been to Ullapool, Gairloch and Skye - all on the west coast of Scotland so the RoofBunk has been used in sun, rain and wind! It was brilliant. My next trip is already planned for Fort William. This has been a great purchase and the quality and price are unmatched, as far as I'm concerned. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Very happy top bloke very well made looking to buy one more for my other car now

Found RoofBunk after spotting one on a van near me. I called Pete and he was really helpful without being pushy and answered all my questions. I had been considering the more well-known brand but I’m so glad I didn’t. Not only was the RoofBunk of equal quality, it’s bigger and came in £500 cheaper. I also had it fitted for free at the workshop. We’ve been out camping in it a couple of times as a family and can’t wait for more adventures to come!

Extremely happy with our Roof Tent. After lots of research, I settled on Roofbunk, comparing prices and Trustpilot reviews. I was not disappointed, as the service and delivery service was second to none. Pete’s communication was precise and quick.
As for the tent itself, I am extremely happy with it and it’s functionality. The build quality is superb and the design is well thought out and entirely functional.
The only thing I’d say is it’s a bit smaller than I thought, however, I am using it with 3 kids. I will need to upgrade in a few years as they get bigger.
It looks great and draws a lot of attention when I’m pitching up. I also get a lot of folk approaching the van when I’m going about my daily business to ask about the tent and what it’s like.
If you’re new to Rooftents and don’t know where to start, Roofbunk is your best bet!

Love the roofbunk. I’ve had it a few months now and cannot fault it. I’ve compared it to other models from different brands and the build quality is far superior.
Pete the owner was quick to answer any questions and was a pleasure to deal with.

A first class product I honestly could not be happier with my investment. Exceptional and personalised service before and after purchase. Anyone of thinking of investing in a Roofbunk then do it you will not be disappointed!!

Delighted with my new Roofbunk tent. As soon as I placed the order, communication from the company was brilliant, keeping me updated with delivery.
The tent arrived and was very straightforward to build, although it didn't have any instructions, there was a video on YouTube that took me through each step.
The quality of the materials is fantastic. It feels solid and very comfortable. It's been tested in strong winds and heavy rain and came through unscathed. Can't recommend highly enough

Absolutely top quality, amazing roof tent, I'm so happy I chose roofbunk. I went for the soft shell explorer as I wanted roof windows to watch the night sky, it truly does have panoramic views. I watched a lot of videos before buying a roof tent and one thing that kept coming up was how much hassle it is putting the tent up and down, I haven't had a problem yet, it's quick and easy. Inside is really comfortable, and really big! It's like the tardis. Me and my son have loads of space. The mattress feels great and the built in usb light is a real plus. Also the customer service from Pete has was and continues to be amazing, Over all I'm really happy with my roofbunk explorer and would give it more stars if I could!

I spent a while looking to buy a roof tent box, after all they are not cheap and I had no experience owning one. Plus I hate camping in a tent. When I final made a decision to buy one from RoofBunk it was based on the XL size (140cm wide as opposed to some at 125cm) and the price. It was £300-£400 cheaper which is a sizeable amount of money but sometimes cheaper prices mean cheaper products so I was a little concerned. My concerned soon melted away thanks to pre delivery care I received. RoofBunk were and continue to be amazing. In an age when getting reasonable customer service seems a distant memory these guys just smashed it out the park. The product itself is amazing. The quality, ease of installation and use all as described, if not better. It's certainly cannot be compared to tent because it is so comfortable. I compare it to hotels and BnBs such is the comfort but of course parking in beach side carparks overnight often means you wake to the most incredible view. I think so far we have saved £1300 on overnight accommodation using the RoofBunk plus it's made us get out more as we can be more spontaneous. It is a lot money to spend but I can't recommend RoofBunk and their product more highly. Safe trails.
