Just got back from our trip around Europe and the RoofBunk Roamer was perfect! Very happy with the service too.

From initial enquiry to delivery of the Roofbunk, the experience was very very good. Communications were prompt and professional. The product (hard shell Roofbunk) is fantastic. Only used once so far at Shindig festival. I was a bit worried about using the ladder when a little worse for wear but it's so easy to get up and in there were no problems! Highly recommend this company and product.

The Roofbunk is perfect for us - the same quality and much cheaper (by£500) than competitors’ equivalents. Had it fitted - the service and advice were excellent. I’d recommend Roofbunk to anyone considering a hard shell roof top tent.

I've used my Roofbunk for about 3 months now and it's been great. Pops up and down straight away and I like the way it looks on my van.

I got my Explorer model about 6 weeks ago and so far I've been very happy with it. The product is great quality and the customer service has been really good too!

The tent itself is brilliant. It's spacious comes with lots of pockets, is comfortable and compact ontop of the car.
I took a few months looking at reviews of hard shell roof tents before purchasing the roof bunk. It is middle ground on the cost front and I can't recommend it enough for any keen camper !

Secondly the service recieved from Pete has been second to none.
Any question and query has been answered in depth with links to accessories ect and so much care and kindness in each message has made the experience of purchasing the roof bunk tent even more enjoyable.
Both Pete and the tent are fully deserving of a five star review. I love my one and hope for lots of sunny weather to carry on loving the camper life !

Dealing with Pete from roof bunk was an absolute pleasure, awesome company and quick delivery. This product is phenomenal, its far bigger and superior than other models and the kids love spending time it, would definitely recommend.

I came across roof bunk on gumtree whilst searching for a roof top type tent and was impressed by both the looks of the bunk and the fast response from Peter when I started asking questions about it.
Peter was very helpful and I decided to go and look at one of the bunks.
Peter wasn't at all pushy and let me have a good look round the bunk.
I purchased one from him and said I needed a longer ladder as it was going on the roof of my camper , Peter took the shorter ladder back and I just paid the difference for the extra long version .
It was a pleasure to deal with Peter and I can recommend him to anyone wanting this type of product.

Great roof tent. Best value we have seen on the market with excellent quality. Makes for a good night sleep

The roof bunk products are absolutely brilliant.. even better in person once you take the time to view them. And Pete the distributor is really friendly and helpful. Top service from start to finish. If your thinking of a roof bunk take the time out to view the products on offer.. definitely worth the time and effort

As good as more expensive brands having used a couple in the past.

Great communication with the company throughout the purchase

Quality of the product and the customer service

Great installation service and follow up. The product is equally good; really well made and comfortable.

First class customer service and a fabulous product. We are very happy with our purchase.

Picked our RoofBunk up on 1st April 2023, and will be using it for the third time this weekend!! Absolutely love it; so easy to put up and take down, making it so convenient for a last minute night away. Cannot fault it at all, comfy, warm, stable and plenty of space !!

When we had it fitted Pete answered all our questions and couldn’t be more helpful.

100% recommend anyone who is interested in a roof top tent to purchase a RoofBunk!

So happy with the tent, really good quality and cozy to sleep in. Very easy to set up and pack away. Pete was really helpful when we went down to get the tent fitted and has followed up to see how we’re getting on with the Roofbunk. Would definitely recommended if you’re looking for a roof top tent!

Over the moon with my RoofBunk! Highly recommend the company. It’s so easy to use, no hassle whatsoever and a lot more spacious than you may think! Pete even kindly fitted the RoofBunk for free upon collection. Couldn’t be happier.

Great product and great service.

Not only did Pete fit the Roofbunk for us, he also helped fit the roof bars (well, he did almost all of it) to our vehicle too as part of the installation, at no extra cost. The pre-sales was very informative and he answered all of our questions and helped us feel confident before we made the purchase.

The Roofbunk itself is very well made and great value when compared with the competition. It is dead easy to 'pop up' - really does go up in seconds, in fact it takes longer to walk round the vehicle and unclip the straps, and only takes a few minutes to pull back down. Pete's advice on leaving the windows open when pulling back down works a treat and with some practice on the best place to leave the bedding when shutting we have had absolutely no problems with it at all.

We have been out wild camping and used it for a few weekends and it is great waking up on a cold, frosty morning still warm in the Roofbunk with a great view.

Highly recommended.

Roofbunk is an amazing product! We had the most fun camping; it was cosy and safe, comfortable and surprisingly spacious with two adults and a six year old. Easy to pop up and out down, couldn't be better. Our son had a huge adventure, we couldn't recommend more thoroughly 🙌🏼
