I ordered way before Valentine’s Day for one of the bears for my little girl! And it only just arrived on the 19th of April. Nothing like the picture so cheap, and not even boxed. Vile

Yep scammed me too. Had to get refund from bank. Avoid at all costs. Bought for Valentine’s Day, next day delivery. Still no sign

How can they still be allowed to operate. They claim to be in Manchester, they are in China! took over 2 months of stating that the item had not arrived, constant replies from Aaron? the same scripted messages! i asked for a refund so many times, they said i had to wait for the item. when it arrived it was damaged i took photo as they asked me too and now they want me to send it to China at my expense yet claim that it must arrive in perfect condition despite the fact they sent it out in a plastic bag!! disgusting people avoid at all costs otherwise it will cost you!

Looks like was ordered of wish.com don’t waste your money.

Complete scam, still not received goods or a refund, get constantly fobbed off by Aaron who I think is an overseas 3rd party company used to reply generically to emails. I’ve reported to trading standards and am now going through my bank to seek a refund.

So after u raised a dispute with my Bank and they refunded me the money spent a short time after suddenly the item miraculously got delivered has anyone else experienced similar

roseteddybear.co.uk is nothing but a scam. It seems roseteddybear business model is basically take money but not send anything then wear you down with idiotic email replies when you challenge them. Not going to pursue roseteddybear and accept the small loss of Money. Rather spend my energies contacting Mastercard to try to at least indicate to them the type of business that is roseteddybear Lockett Road, Wigan this is in the hope they lose there payment processing.

Terrible experience. Ordered in plenty of time for Valentines Day with a promise of 5 day delivery. When it hadn't arrived emailed to find out what had happened. kept getting fobbed off by "Aaron". Told time & again that the item has been posted so couldn't be cancelled. Also got an email with a sob story that they didn't know what they were doing
"We shipped the package via Mail, but they told us the product is light and big too, it can't be delivered for a low cost.
This was our first time selling online, and we don't know anything about shipments, and we didn't know we are going to fall into these troubles and receiving too many orders from customers at the same time."
Also complaining that they were "losing" money.
The package finally arrived on the 14th March by Royal Mail. No surprise to find the "gift box", couple of pieces of plastic & cardboard, damaged and useless. Product certainly doesn't look or feel quality,

READ THIS TO GET REFUND....Defo a Scam, however, i filed a dispute at my bank and received refund 5-10 minits later(lloyds bank). Every one should try it. Probably it's well known to the bank as fraudulent account.

Ordered an item weeks before Valentine’s days, company states 5 business working days on website and still HAVE NOT RECEIVED ITEM! Been going back and forth on email chasing up and demanding a refund and they keep ignoring my request, keep fobbing you off saying it’s on your way when I’ve told them I no longer want the item and want a full refund. Asked to be contacted by management time and time again and still nothing. This company is defo a scam and will be reported! Do not order from this website it’s ridiculous and not legit!!!! All I want is a refund and the company are still not acknowledging it! Company does not even have a contact number which clearly says a lot. Worse experience with a company ever!

Very poor customer services company. I ordered some items worth £60 pounds at the beginning of February and still have not receive them. I bought them for Valantine's day which is long gone. We are almost middle of March and still don't have my items. When I contact them they keep lying and saying I will receive it shortly, but this still has not happen. Very poor customer services skills in this company. Do not bother to buy anything from them, you will ne left hanging with no present like happened to me. I will never purchase anything else back from them. It is a waste of time, energy and money.

If I could make it a minus I would.

You do not get your items in 3-5 working days. You will be lucky if you get them at all

Scam- No change no refund policy, never received the for first 3 weeks of February and then had to raise the dispute to get my products in next 48 services. Never buy from them!

Paid for express delivery for Valentine’s Day. Order still not arrived in March. Customer services Aaron is useless or also a fraud. Company is a scam. Making excuses and not giving refunds now.

Seems like I'm not the only one who has been waiting 3 weeks for his order! the same problem as everyone else here, no updates on my order, no tracking number, and Aaron from customer service is useless. This company is either fraudulent or incompetent. Either way, I have paid them, the item has not been delivered, and they are not refunding me. AVOID!
