Agree with all other reviews. Ordered on Feb 9th, it’s now March 3rd and still havnt received item. Aaron from customer services is more useless then a plank of wood. They say the item has shipped but can’t seem to provide any tracking numbers. AVOID at all costs, if you pay you’re literally going to never see that money again. This website needs to be shut down, they are crooks.

Avoid this company at all cost total scam. Ordered from here over a month late and isn't what was described asked for money back I now have to be out of pocket to shop this item back to China. Its says a UK seller but order comes from China so now left with something that is nothing like the pictures or be out of pocket sending it back

Wish i could give it 0 stars. Aaron and the customer service is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. 3 weeks + and still waiting. They can’t confirm the courier nor confirm the tracking number. DO NOT ORDER. Save yourself the effort of trying to get your money back.

Shame I didn't read the reviews first. Had the same experience as the others. Ordered 3 weeks before Feb 14th and hasn't Come. Won't refund me. Now telling me its been delivered, took it up with pay pal but they went in thier favour as they show postage delivered but it hasn't. What a jokr

Absolute scam. Ordered one of their products 2 weeks before valentines day and it never arrived. Got in contact to demand a refund and was told that as they had passed the product onto their couriers they could no longer offer a refund. Repeatedly demanded a refund and was consistently given the same bland, could care less answer of "no". I've received email confirmation today, 5 weeks after ordering, that the product is on its way. 3 weeks too late.

Absolutely joke of a company who made a poor business decision with their couriers and made their customers pay for it. Disgusting.

Complete scam. Do not order from this company.

Paid extra for “1-2 day” delivery and repeatedly told its in transit, 3 weeks later and still getting the same template response from Aaron in the middle of the night.

Avoid at all costs and would recommend going straight to your bank to start the refund process if you’ve already ordered.

Please avoid this company. Ordered 3-4 weeks ago for 3 day delivery, nothing came, ended up ordering a lovey one off amazon in the end and doing a charge back with my bank! They then apparently sent it out and it was left in a’safe space’ which it wasn’t and they kept changing their websites terms and conditions and apparently they’re not liable for items stolen from address! My banks now dealing with the matter but please please avoid this terrible fake company!! Don’t make my mistake by not reading reviews first as their website looks very real and promising when it’s really not! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Awful customer service!!! It’s been 15 days since i placed my order and i have not received anything, considering i paid for express delivery for 1-2 days this is a joke. When i have tried to contact Aaron Henry for support for a refund and he is dismissive, hasn’t replied to my previous email and instead of actually reply to one of my earlier emails he just sent me a generic reply apologising for the delay. I want my refund and i will definitely not be buying from them again! 100% do not recommend

Apologies i must retract my review, I've now received my order, yes it took long enough,yes i was thinking like the rest of us a definite scam, but after receiving order i now can't say that, unless it's a ploy in some way, my advice from my bank was to cancel my card which i did, and see what happens with the 2nd item i ordered.

My order took 29 days to deliver. For some reason they use Yodel. Who the hell uses Yodel anyway? You will email to chase up and only recieve a response in the middle of the night. They must only employ night staff or work from abroad!!
They have no telephone number to contact them only an email. This company is a joke or a scam, or its run by some teenager in their spare bedroom trying to make a few quid at the weekend. The item I ordered looks nothing like they do on the website.

I ordered on 2nd feb and yet to get any contact information on my order. I just want my refund but they keep telling me to wait. Getting the same template email from Aaron is starting to get boring.

Really bad service wont order from here again. I ordered a big bear for £45 + £5 for speedy delivery. it never came within the 2 days it was supossed to come. I ordered on the 2nd of feb to be ready for valentines day. I then emailed them to ask it where abouts and they went on about the courier service being behind. Which is a load of crap because its royal mail . I then asked for my refund as it was not going to arrive for valentines day. i just got egnored and told the same thing about deliver distruption. I then thought sod this and reported them to trading standards. And guess what ! It came the next day hmmmm i wonder why ?
Its not a scam but a really poor service and soubt anything would of been done if i didnt report them

Absolute SCAM! My order for Valentines never turned up! I've emailed them back and forth, for weeks. Which they always came back with a generic respond and ask for your patience. ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!

Complete SCAM! My son ordered on the 1st Feb and to date its still not here. Aran is an absolute knob and doesn't give you any information. Reported to all relevant agencies including action fraud. People like this should not get away with taking peoples money!!!! I seriously hope he gets what's coming to him. The thieving tramp

If I could give this no star I would. Charged for order (with express delivery) but it hasn’t arrived after over a week of waiting and they aren’t answering my emails. Avoid at all costs.

bad company - avoid at all costs. they don’t send items they just send emails saying same thing over and over.
