Scam, not received my item, but took the cash.

Taken my money over a month ago and still nothing, emailed multiple times too try and find out where my item is and just been ignored, total scam

Ordered a bear start of December 2021, today is 6th January 2022 and still no show. The tracking number is FAKE it just says invalid number when I try to track, safe to say I’ve been scammed.

Scam company - my daughter ordered in November and still waiting. Apparently it was dispatched early December but after I had contacted them I then received an email saying it was just shipped on 18th of December!! The tracking doesn’t work, and I cannot receive a refund because it has apparently been shipped - which I do not believe. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE! Ordered for my girlfriend for out 4 year anniversary, was a shame that it didn’t arrive in time. In fact it took over a month, nearly two to arrive. When opened the box was dented and the petals fell out as they were not glued on properly.

Customer service is awful! I emailed them to complain that they missed their own delivery window, I was responded by someone called Aaron who seems to be the only customer service agent the company has, when you email their generic customer service email, he is the only one who responds and was less than helpful. They couldn’t provide me with a tracking number. When they eventually did, my order was still sitting in China!!! I contacted them to get a refund, which they refused. They blamed the long delivery on “outbreaks”, Bulls***more like. They have breached the consumer rights act and are a disgrace of a company and should be shut down.
