Do not use this company no confirmation email after my order. Not received anything. No contact phone number on website. Will not refund my money just keep sending the same email with the same excuses.

Something needs to be done i got the same email 3 times that was clearly copy and pasted my questions regarding the courier service were totally ignored i hope aaron stands on lego

Avoid at all costs, ordered on the 1st Feb for valentines day and states 5 working days delivery. Still waiting now, have instigated a dispute with PayPal to try to get money back. Nothing but a bunch of cheats and scammers. I would urge everyone who used PayPal to contact them and highlight these cheats and ask them to stop trading with them!!! Have managed to get money back off PayPal who've promised to look into this company, suggest anyone who paid by PayPal to contact them and try to get money back through them. Closing note the return address rose bear gave me was in Morocco!!!

DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS SITE. it’s a scam. They take your money and don’t send you the goods. Ordered mine on the 3rd and still haven’t received anything because there’s nothing to be sent There’s no tracking order and there’s no courier service to begin with. It’s all lies. You’ll receive an email reply every time from an Aaron Henry sayings it’s been dispatched and it’s the courier. You’ll notice your online banking says dermalite.shop. Luckily thanks to my bank I’ve managed to receive me money back

Aaron was a massive help with his communication throughout the process when it came to tracking my package!

Sadly it is a scam, I didn’t receive my order and my money is gone, I emailed them but no reply.

Scam company, wished I had never bothered next time I will read the reviews. Keep emailing and just keep getting badly written emails from Aaron. We need to bring this company down, taking hard-working peoples money. Report going into trading standards about these thieves.

Complete scam of a company, ordered item which was never delivered. They are refusing to refund me and are blaming the courier.

The payment from my bank was taken from a completely different company called dermalight.shop, this website looks exactly the same as rose teddy bear's, and I'm guessing this is also a scam.

This company are a scammers take your money and never send the item .

Like others have said this is a scam company. A very professional looking website but it isn't real. The company address isn't real, the name of the person responding to you isn't real and you can't find any details of the business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Please do report the website for not providing lawful information such as the company registered office, do report them to paypal for being a fake business and do report them to HMRC for taking money and pretending to be a Ltd Company (the fake business behind them is called 'Onsaleltd') which doesn't exist either. I am engaging private investigators to find these scumbags and put them out of business. I will get my money back via Paypal but I think this is worth digging into further.

NOT RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION ZERO TRACKING I’ve emailed this company 4 times asking where my order was nothing no apologies not a response at all they are thieves wish I’d of searched this company first as not first customer to have my money stolen and not received my order absolutely disgusting they amount of bad reviews I’ve found today nothing but scum . I’ll leave this with my bank to get my money back now . Might even pop to police as your thieving money of everyone not just me .

Sadly I have to give one star which company does not merit. Wish I had read about the company before ordering. Confirmation order email received then no update for 6 days. I emailed company every day for 6 days with same response. Item had been sent but the courier had not yet provided tracking info. Always being asked for patience and understanding.
Told It can't cancel order and get refund once item posted despite no evidence anything has been.
Card provider now dealing with claim

I ordered a bear from this company and never got any email regarding my purchase

I emailed after a week to say I’ve not received it

Got a email back saying sorry you’ll receive it

Then still nothing

I then emailed again as I’d been on there to read reviews and felt gutted seeing people writing SCAM

I then emailed again to vent my anger

And come home today and I have my bear !!!!

So I don’t know what’s going on

They must have real trouble with delivery at this moment or what ever reason it is

There clearly not a SCAM company

Just one struggling

Item was never delivered despite several emails saying it would be. Definitely avoid!
