I placed a order over 2 months ago and never received the product. I contacted them several times with no response from them. In my opinion I believe that this company is a scam. They deducted the payment very quickly but did not ship the product and will not reply to emails.

Purchased stainless steel deep fry pot in mid March. Did not receive and postal tracking out of China yeilded an invalid tracking number. Zero response from. Customer service.

Absolutely shocking experience with this company. PLEASE do not use them. I placed and paid for 2 x items. November 2025! It is now the 06 May 2026 and I am STILL waiting for 1 x of the paid items. The other purchased item arrived in March 2026 after numerous emails follow ups which I received only an automative response "your item has been dispatched" The last several emails there was NO response. The item (an oil chip container) was defective, I placed it on the gas cook top and as soon as the oil warms the oil leaks from the bottom of the container onto the naked gas flame! it was fortunate I was in the kitchen, and this container was not left unattended. I have contacted the ANZ dispute branch and placed the matter in their hands to hopefully SHUT DOWN this dreadful scamming company! PLEASE potential buyers be aware. Cheers K

I never recieved my order nor did customer service ever respond to any of my requests. Still to this day, 2 months after ordering and 5 e mails later, NOTHING!!!!buyer beware! I wouldn't shop here ever again.

I have ordered a (16 of february 2026, oder nber 16280 paid and confirmed)stainless steel fryer. We are 8th of april 2026 and still no news from Rose&Teddy. After some requests they asked me to be patient but since one month no more answer from them. I believe they are going bankruped and do not tell to new customers who are paying and will never be delivered. Please be very carefull with this site.

I ordered on Feb 12. Did not receive anythink. I sent three times an e-mail with info requestet. No reply - no reaction - still not received my order 😡😡😡 / March 28.

I ordered a Fryer on Feb. 12, 2026 and the order was confirmed by the company the same day. I received a tracking number which was invalid. I have not received the product to date (March 26 2026). During this process I have attempted to contact the company by emailing Customer Service and responding emails received from the company saying if I needed help in any way to contact the sender. I have attempted to contact them 6 or 7 times. I have not heard back from the company a single time. It appears to me to be a scam (I am puzzled by the positive reviews, especially the ones praising Customer Service.

Package never camed ,wrong tracking number ASking for help and they didnt help, asking for refound and they wont answer .dont order from them.

Still no reply. No comment on my previous review. I am so worried that this was a scam

Order has not arrived, tracking link provides no information, emailed multiple times asking for an update and never received a response.
Don’t go near them, I wish I didn’t.

Suspect site.
Not saying they're scammers but I will be giving them a wide berth from here on.
Provide you with false or non- existent tracking numbers, reassure that your delivery is tracking, then when you give up and request a refund they're dust in the wind.

I’ve had nothing but great experience with this company. The shipping took a little longer, but not too long but was well worth the wait. I have to say the quality is amazing. This stainless steel is thick and excellently crafted. I would suggest that you get a larger one so you have more versatility. It is very easy to refill to oil and clean the product.

1/29/26 UPDATE TO BELOW: My fryer arrived yesterday, 1/22. Though I have yet to use it, I am satisfied with it and believe it will work as advertised. I am changing my rating to four, subtracting one because of a lack of accurate tracking and no communicated responses to my requests for information.

Thus far, I am unimpressed with their customer service. I’m at the far end of their business day shipping window (ordered 12/27), and my tracking link no longer works. An email request for an update has thus far gone unanswered. I’d be excited to try this item and would happily review it, but I have doubts as to whether it will ever arrive. I will amend this review if it does, but until then, one star is the best I can give.

The stainless steel deepfry jug is fantastic I am ao happy with it! C good quality.
The tracking of its journey was not so good though - I had given up on it - as stated in other reviews. All I can say is you just have to trust the process. The wait was worth it!

I ordered the 2L fryer at the beginning of November for a Christmas present and it failed to arrive after more than a month later, forcing me to buy something else for the person I had bought it for. Customer service was the only good thing about my experience at that point, being very responsive and courteous. When I eventually received the pot, I tried it out and seems good quality (the 2l one actually works well with 1 L of oil for deep frying). Customer services made it up to me for the delay.

The customer service at this company is above and beyond. I have received their 600ml teapot, and while I liked it, my mother found the amount of tea in the brewing section too small. So I reached out asking for a refund, and they have accommodated my request above and beyond. The product is of good quality. Highly recommend!

I purchased a 3.5L Stainless Steel Fryer to be able to do quick frying of French Fries and other items when I have a lot of company. I found the steel fryer easy and convenient, and it made for a very quick clean up. I would recommend the products to anyone. I needed a little help with Customer Service, and they were right on top of my requests. I cannot say enough positive things about this company.
