Saintives Boutique 

This company pretends to be based in St Ives, UK. My order took longer to arrive than they suggested, which raised alarm bells. They did respond quickly to my emails asking where the order was. It has just turned up. The two jumpers look like polyester sweat tops and not the knitted woollen jumpers as pictured. From the returns policy, it'll cost me more money to send them back. This is one great lesson learned, to read reviews before wasting a lot of money!
UPDATE: I thought I would get a price for sending back my purchase. £27 to return the rubbish. Credit card company cannot do anything, as it says in Ts&Cs that returns are to China. I too was offered a 20% refund, but I'm not sure that I would receive it. I'll just have to chalk this up to a bitter experience. I thought that as the garments had no labels, they were possibly breaking some import laws, but no one would concur this.

My experience the same as everyone else. Total con!!! Trying to get money back from my credit card company.AVOID at all costs!!

They lie at every level. They take your money, they send email updates to say it packed and ready to go, then another update saying the same thing and when questioned via email, they then say they are out of stock! I will be reporting them to the fraud department at my bank in the hope that I can get my money back. I am furious!

Absolute rubbish - website promised a wool jacked and it was 95% polyester and made in China when it arrived. The jumper I ordered was really poor quality too. Surely they can be prosecuted under the trades description act?

This company pretends to be uk based, but is actually Chinese. Products poor quality and return policy impossible as you incur high return charges. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

I have also been scammed byvthis company but they were trading as another name "wear a vibe London"...identical crappy clothes which look nothing like the photos. Took three weeks to arrive from CHINA. Shoddy rubbish only fit for cleaning windows. £40 down the drain. AVOID at all costs.

My mother has been scammed by them. The quality is beyond awful. They just offered her 20% refund which I doubt would ever materialize. I plan to complain to who ever will listen and post on their Facebook adverts.

XL is clearly not XL. I questioned this with evidence according to their measurements and they replied saying it would be sent to back office. 2 weeks later no response.
As others have said it’s from Bejing not St Ives!lol Sunday morning purchases online never work out! Avoid! Google reviews have been made up for sure

I would give no stars if I could. The jumper I ordered looked lovely on the website and the item I received wouldn’t even have been sold in Primark! It was awful and I am fighting with them to get a full refund. I have reported them to my Credit Card provider who will take up the matter. Shocking and a ripoff!

Cheap rubbish and returns have to be paid for - to Asia! A scam - avoid

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a scam site and I have had to pursue getting a refund via my bank which I have now received. They are now insisting that I return the items to somewhere in Asia (they have not sent me the address) and at my cost, even though I cancelled the order!? Please do not fall for their marketing scam of 'retirement sale' etc. I have also looked up the 'shop' that they suggest they have in St. Ives and it does not exist. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I ordered from this scam company with total rubbish being delivered, I guess I can say goodbye to £100 but will check with my bank to see if they can help at all.
Please please do not purchase.

Scam - I have been caught twice from this scam as they keep changing their name and are very good at deceiving you into thinking you are ordering from a UK website .. Belezza - Saint Ives - To name just two company names they trade under - items take 3/4 weeks to arrive are extremely poor quality and returns only to China at a ridiculous cost - I shall only order from known reputable websites in future which is a shame for maybe small legitimate company’s who will miss out on custom because these unscrupulous people are being allowed to trade in the UK

Do not buy from this company and check any similar named ones reviews as they are a scam and changes name regularly, not uk based as it says, sells utter rubbish that comes from China then wants returns to China at very high price to make you keep order.TOTAL SCAM.wish I had read this before wasting my hard earned money.

Same as everyone else on here, was conned into believing it was a genuine closing down sale because the owners were retiring and selling up! Yet another scam from China of cheap, useless clothes!! Sent an email but having read these reviews (how I wish I had read them before!) I unfortunately know what the answer will be … 😡

Same as everyone else. Totally conned. Return would cost me £26 but spent £80 on clothes that were a poor fit. Not sure whether to risk the return or not!

I fell for this companies impressive website but unfortunately it's not a UK based company at all I'm almost sure it's China based . I stupidly didn't check the reviews and ordered a dress which cost 39.95 . Not a lot of money really but when it came I realized it was almost 40 quid down the drain. Awful quality im afraid and I can only blame myself for falling for it. Don't order anything from this company

I have also been done the same as other customers, I am usually switched on but the website looked UK based, My item’s have not arrived I have tried to cancel my order which they said I am unable to do, they said once my order has arrived they will guide me through the process but as I have read its will be at my expense

What a con !!!! Pretending to be a UK business that is closing down when in fact these clothes are poor quality Chinese clothes… They should be closed down… I will report to trading standards

Worse than awful. Cheap nasty clothes, no labels, no washing instructions, no sizes on anything a complete and utter con. Have reported them to my credit card company among others. I cannot belive I have been conned in this way, I feel such a fool as usually very savvy. I actually looked up the reviews for the original compnay they were all great so i ordered then they re registered as 2025 saintives-boutique.uk. This is NOT a uk based company and not who you think you are buying off. I will not let this go will report to all who will investigate, even their instagram is private that is very telling
