I was so impressed
I was so impressed! I hadn't really heard of Sazy but really liked their dining chairs when they popped up on a search - and they were a great price. My expectations weren't that high so when they arrived I was really surprised. The quality of the chairs is excellent, the colour is perfect and they're so comfortable. Delivery was super quick and informative too. I just wish they had more items on their website. Sorry Sazy for my first impression of you, but you far exceeded my expectations!

Very poor service!
UPDATE: I have received the product (rug) Very pleased with its quality. But the delivery company provided very poor service. Sazy asked for further information. I explained exactly what happened with delivery in my review below.
I have yet to receive my order. Sazy works with the worst delivery company (AITHD). They sent me a time slot the day before my delivery, and I stayed at home the whole day (did not leave the house for a second). I kept receiving message of delayed delivery. Then, the delivery guy called saying he would arrive in 25 minutes. I said I was at home all day and I would be waiting for him. Shortly after that, I receive a message, while at home, saying that the delivery had been attempted and I missed my delivery!!
They did not ring my flat number at all! I then called customer service within a minute of receiving the message. They said the only thing they could do was to re-book the delivery. They re-booked for 48 hours later. I stayed at home all day and kept receiving messages that were delayed. They never showed up again! This is very frustrating, because I had organised myself in advance to work from home twice already. Really poor service. Products may be ok, but it doesn't mean much if their partners have poor service. I would encourage you to go elsewhere, unfortunately.

The shelving unit is great however some…
The shelving unit is great however some of the brackets on the sides don't fit the shelves properly, so I've had to leave some screws out. Otherwise, it would've been perfect. It arrived on time, well packaged and looked exactly as advertised.

I really love my rattan coffee and side tables and the wool blanket as well! It arrived on time and without hassle as well. Just perfect for my taste. If I can only buy more of these.
