Scott was incredibly helpful
Scott was incredibly helpful, sharing his own experience of past cruise experiences. He was very knowledgeable about places to visit & cabins on board the ship.
He offered a callback when I needed to check extra details for us, AND he phoned back EXACTLY as he promised. Very few companies can follow through. Would highly recommend.

George provided all the information I wanted by replying to my different emails after our conversation. He then phoned us back once we had decided on a date and to confirm booking and give us choice of cabins.

Stella was very attentive and a good listener.
She was so good at answering questions and gave us great confidence. We have been looking for a good local company as we were using P&O or English Travel agents which was not what we wanted.

Usually great at answering questions…
Usually great at answering questions but are too late in ticketing flights so seat options are very limited especially when travelling with a few others.
I had a partial voice mail left once . There has been no other contact made.
