Very disappointed that having been a long standing customer when I am quoted a price pre delivery I only get a price reduction when I query it. I should not have to do this and as I have notified you I have regrettably withdrawn my custom.

Resposta da Scottish Fuels
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you have been left disappointed, particularly as a long-standing customer, and we’re disappointed to hear that you have decided to withdraw your custom.
Our prices can vary for a number of reasons, including market conditions, location, delivery requirements and supplier costs, so prices can differ between suppliers at any given time. Where a customer has received a more competitive quote elsewhere, we are always happy to review this and, where possible, do our best to offer a more competitive price.
We understand, however, that you would expect to receive our best possible price without having to query it, and we’re sorry that this was not how you felt your experience was handled.
We genuinely appreciate the loyalty you have shown us over the years and are sorry that we have not met your expectations on this occasion. If you wish for us to investigate your concerns further, please contact our Customer Solutions Team at customer.relations@Certasenergy.co.uk, and we will be happy to look into this for you.
We wish you all the best for the future.
Kindest Regards,
Chelsea
