Hi Janet, so sorry to hear you had problems with your order - if you get in touch with our customer service team - team@secretlabel.co.uk we will make sure you are refunded and given a gift credit for your next order!
This was my first visit to the site
This was my first visit to the site, I had spotted what I thought was a Pullover last seen in M&S but not available in my size at the time. I have since found out that suppliers to stores sometimes copy the more popular designs but in different material. I do however like the pullover I bought and had no problems with the Secret Label site, which I think is an excellent idea.

Good Service
Ordered Autograph jeans. They arrived quickly but returned them on the same day (tracked their journey via Royal Mail). Had to chase the refund but it was dealt with promptly and politely once I contacted them.
