Shame about Susan
I purchased a suite of furniture which I am thrilled with, beautiful. Delivery was spot on and the delivery men were prompt, friendly and efficient. The only downside was the lady in the office named Susan
I had paid for removal and set up, 2 lots of €80, however Susan refused to listen to me and kept talking over me when I tried to explain. I had to just give up because she was too much, not a great advertisement for a super product and delivery men/service.

Great sofa
Great sofa, very comfortable
I’m really happy with the Titan Plus 3 seater. The leather feels high quality, the electric recliners work smoothly, and the seats are extremely comfortable. It looks modern, is well built, and perfect for relaxing. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

Fabulous service from Heavenly Beds
Fabulous service from Heavenly Beds, from the office telephone team to the removal/installation guys Ak and Tee. We bought the Valerie corner suite in grey fabric and it looks great. Ak and Tee had a hard time removing our old sofa because it was on the 2nd floor so had 2 lots of stairs and corners to get round. They were so respectful of our home and took the time to do a careful and perfect job, so polite and professional. Thanks so much to you all

Fast effective delivery it was left…
Fast effective delivery it was left as instructed as I was not home upon delivery , it took 30 mins for me to assemble and for the money a terrific sofa , reclining features are brilliant its very practical yet looks beautiful , I would highly recommend, great experience and I will definitely be buying from you again .

I would like to commend Heavenly sleep on their customer service. I ordered a sofa online and it was delivered within a couple of days. I was kept up to date by phone on their delivery day and time. Will use them again

Sofa and bed
I bought a bed and a sofa from this company and they were outstanding. Delivery was perfect put into the rooms where brilliant and setting it all up was perfect in my room choice. The staff that delivered was very friendly and very helpful. The office staff was so so friendly and helped me with my order! Fantastic company I have ordered from in a long time

Love our new sofas. We are so happy. Company answered phone call as soon as I rang Delivery was prompt and very friendly drivers. I would 100% be buying from here again no issues.

Got an Easton u shaped sofa delivered within a week. Susan from the office was very helpful and efficient in processing my order. Luke the driver very friendly and assembled my sofa.

Well I had an issue with previous staff…
Well I had an issue with previous staff nothing major just an oversight .. but the new staff came on and even called me 6 months later to make sure all was OK.. I have to say the quality of furniture is amazing!! The prices so reasonable and the staff amazing ! Thanks
