I spoke with an incredibly helpful agent Louise today who has rectified a long standing error with my billing. Sadly when I spoke with a different agent 2 years ago they were less diligent and the mistake went on until Louise’s help today.

I too cannot praise Kevin enough!!
I too cannot praise Kevin enough for his helpfulness today, he made a simple procedure that others couldn't be bothered with very easy snd my issue was resolved in a few minutes.
He even took the time to wait and ensure that all the details were correct and that other departments wouldn't need yo addres it.

I contacted S4B regarding an on-going matter which had been causing a lot of stress for months. Daniels was extremely patient, he listened to what i had to say & acted upon it. He gave me clear instructions what to do for the next steps. I was asked to phone back. This is sometimes an annoying situation as you have to repeat the query to someone new. Not in this case, i was transferred to Daniels immediately as he knew my case. He sorted it all out for me. I am extremely grateful for the time Daniels put aside to help me out. Spoke with a chap called Kevin Needham- he was excellent, I had four separate business accounts I needed to set up, all different entities, all different information and addresses. He was really helpful. Spoke to me about all the different billing dates how to pay he sent me over a list of each one of information. There wasn’t anything that he didn’t provide or explain in great detail. He was really patient with me and was happy to assist even though I did take up a lot of of time going though it all. I work in customer service industry and he was 10/10* give this guy Reys you don’t wanna lose him! 😂🥳🥳

Switching to a Water Meter
I'm treasurer for a parish and rang to discuss saving money by having water meters fitted at the two churches. Daniels, whom I spoke to was v helpful and after checking the accounts, explained that as there was a fixed fee attached to a water meter (£174.04) we would not save money by switching as our water bill was less than this. When I had rung previously, the agent didn't explain this so while I'm annoyed with the first agent, Daniels was more helpful and explained things more clearly.

Excellent service. Although I was told there would be a delay, I did not have to wait long before being connected to a very clear and helpful advisor.
The enquiry was dealt with effectively and information that I needed sent to me via email during the call. Probably the best customer service response I have ever had!

First and foremost he acknowledge the fact that 1 of your long standing clients ( my darling mum )had passed away and the first thing he said was my condolences...this of course is normal but it blew me away,if you knew how many companies ive had to contact ,..it really made me feel like a person and not just a number,he is fast/good at problem solving.
