Best cases I have ever owned.

It started with the watch band for my galaxy watch 4 classic. Loved it so much i got another one when I upgraded to the watch five pro. I am picky about phone cases, I go through them often cause I can never setting on the right fit and feel. I wanted something rugged to protect my phone but didn't want a rubbery black case that other companies only seem to offer. Then I came across the UB PRO in Ruddy and knew it was for my (my favorite colors are red and black). I ordered it, tried it on, and even though I still rotate my phone cases every now and then I still always come back to the UB PRO. it's my defacto go to. Even got a matching one for my galaxy tab 7 FE, AND I got the wallet.

The customer service team at SUPCASE has been amazing to, always quick to respond if I ever have any issues with the case like when I cracked the black of the kick stand, or the belt clip. They send over a new one right away.
If you're looking for a loyal phone case company, SUPCASE has your back.

I’ve been using the UB Pro case on my…

I’ve been using the UB Pro case on my iPhone 15 Pro for a couple of weeks now, and honestly it’s been better than I expected.

The first thing I noticed was how solid it feels without being overly bulky. I’ve already dropped my phone twice (once getting out of the car and once on a tiled floor), and there’s not even a scratch on the phone. The raised edges around the screen and camera definitely do their job.

The built-in kickstand is actually really useful too — I didn’t think I’d use it much, but I’ve ended up using it almost every day for watching videos. Also, the grip feels secure, which is a big plus.

Shipping was pretty quick and everything arrived in good condition. Overall, it feels like a well-designed case that actually protects your phone without getting in the way.

Would definitely buy again for my next phone.

UBer Secured Case!

Glad I purchased a protective UB Pro case for my AirPods 4! Gone are the days of worrying about water and drops. The case keeps my AirPods safe and even adds waterproof protection. It’s also super secure! I didn’t realize it was magnetic too, so it easily attaches to any metal surface. I just wish they came in neon colors like something a bit sweeter for my taste but overall, what a great find. I’m never going back to boring cases!

Very unprofessional

Phone case was not as advertised and of poor quality. When I raised this with them I was told I had to ship the item back to them at my own cost. Currently having to make a section 75 claim with my credit card company. Company are very unprofessional!

Never damaged a phone while using these phone cases

I’ve been buying phone cases from their Amazon store for my iPhones for years now since like 2017. Every new iPhone I get, I get a new supcase. Never broke a phone or cracked a screen or camera lens despite dropping my phone out the car door when getting out, dropped it down the front two steps outside my house, dropped my phone on my tiled bathroom floor multiple times, dropped my phone on holiday a few times. Never any damage to the phone. And recently realised wireless charging works through the case which is convenient as my Mrs bought me some wires less charging accessorises for the house. Wicked phone cases!! And price friendly.

Don’t buy anything from this company

This company phone case does not protect your phone completely because it does not protect the lens. Also it is very hard to get your money back from them when your don’t want their merchandise because the quality is poor.i will not call or email this company because its like pulling teeth.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Supcase. I received the wrong phone case and have been given the runaround trying to return it. After four emails, I still have not been provided a return address or a return shipping label. There is also no return shipping address listed on their website, which makes the process even more frustrating. Poor customer service like this makes me hesitant to ever purchase from them again. I would not recommend their products based on customer service alone. I guess this policy is designed to make people give up and just eat the return.

Damaged my APP2 charging case and they hide negative reviews

Ordered their Airpods Pro 2 UB Ultra case for my new APP2. The case is way too tight on the charging case, making it extremely difficult to remove, and when I finally did get it off, my brand new APP2 charging case had scuffs all over the sides.
Left a negative review on their site that was immediately hidden, so It's possible they hide negative reviews on their website, extremely dishonest practice. Will not be buying any of their products again and will not recommend.
