If you purchase an “open box” item, it will 100% arrive damaged and they will not help you. They will just offer to give you 15% off a new case. This company is straight trash.

Yeah, this doesn’t sound right at all — especially for an open box item. It shouldn’t arrive in a condition that makes it unusable from the start.

Also get why the 15% offer didn’t sit well. If the product itself isn’t acceptable, a small discount isn’t really solving the issue.

Cheap plastic interior of case

Just received new case and after feeling the inside of the cover, it is not worthy of my new phone. I didn't want to risk putting my phone into it, as it is rough and cheap interior. I didn't want to risk scratches on my new phone.

They are scammers. Every since I ordered my cases I'm yet to receive and they don't respond to emails or phone calls. Don't trust them

Order never arrived

I ordered a phone case from Supcase in January 2025. As of writing in May 2025 I have not received my order.
Very poor experience and I’ve now written off my money.

I have had 5 SUPCASE covers. The first two were great - but the last three have been subpar. Wont order again

Bought the toughest case phone still smashed up

Offered a free case, after I bought one direct. Both choices were the active cases, with screen cover, outer case and clip on case. First fall boom ... phone smashed. Only a small fall, phone did not leave my hand, this was my hand hitting the floor. Based on this small fall with phone still enclosed in hand, I'm disappointed. Spent hours researching a good case too. Thrilled I was offered a free one. I think this is a great company however their products don't live up to their hype

was disappointed that the case for my Samsung flip phone, started to fall apart after about 7 months. but the aftercare form this company is exceptional.
I contacted them via the website sent proof of purchase as requested and they sent me a replacement no questions asked. Thankyou

UNBELIEVABLE!!

I ordered a case for my fiance and they sent me the wrong one want me to jump through hoops to return it , it wasn’t my fault yet they won’t even send me a return label so I can send it back! UNBELIEVABLE!!

Very good customer service

Very good customer service. Was loathing to reach out to customer service but was pleasantly surprised on how easy it was to deal with the agent who resolved my warranty issue right away. Ever since Ive been using their case every time I upgrade phones.

So far owned cellphone, tablet cases. I had good results with drop protection and reliability. When my case cracked, I received a free replacement. Good value and service.

I've been using my super unicorn needle…

I've been using my super unicorn needle case for a few years now. My phone is protected. I've dropped it a few times never mind have any problems. It has protected my phone. And I have recommended these cases to all my friends and family. It has no other case. It's good enough for my phone.

Very happy with my Supcases!

I have the UB and UB pro cases for the z-fold5 & z-flip5, Samsung bud case, Samsung watch 6 band, and eye glass case from Supcase and I cannot be more happy with them.
All of the cases are very sturdy, comfortable to hold, and hold needed accessories like e-pens. The color options work great to sort the different phones and bud cases for each. The cases give alot of protection for the item without a lot of bulk.

Terrible customer support. Refused assistance with a very expensive phone case. I would advise you look elsewhere as they don't care once they have your money.

SCAM. Put you into a monthly subscription of…

Put you into a monthly subscription of £39.99 each month if you purchase an item of their website (it’s in the small print and very sneaky).

So what did I get for my £39.99…nothing!! They say they have delivered a package with proof and I have received nothing. Ask for proof and the response from Stephanie was it was posted through letterbox and they are not a scam … again I ask for proof on 4 occasions and now just being ignored.

Very dodgy company with a convincing website. Check other reviews. Scum bags and scam artist.
