Superparking 

Hello,

I am writing as I am very disappointed with the service I received from Super parking.
I booked to park from 19:00 29.12.25 and I called as requested at 19:01 and finally got through at 19:13 to say I was 30 minutes away. The person who answered assured me They would be there to collect my car on level 3 terminal 3 I arrived there and called them at 19:48 as I couldn’t see anyone and then they did not answer. When they did they said it would be a little wait . We then called a number of times after and had to wait until 20:45 before someone arrived. He was unapologetic and even told us we would then have to pay an extra £14.50 for the car park after already paying £96! This has been an awful experience and has really tainted the start of my holiday and caused me real distress about possibly missing my flight.

Do not use this company. They have very few pick up drivers. Their meet and greet may feel like you have saved money over other providers, but the waiting time waittfor a driver to come pick up your car at both points is very long that you might as well have used a parking operator based 5 miles away. Had to wait 1 hour for the car to come after I reached the car park. With a family and elderly disabled person was not pleasant

We have currently been waiting with our kids in the freezing cold for these people for over an hour and a half to return our car. They advertise themselves as Heathrow Meet & Greet, but they are nothing to do with Heathrow airport and weren’t even on site when we arrived to catch our flight (we had to call them to come from somewhere offsite to collect it because we discovered when we arrived, that they didn’t have a representative at the airport, and they kept us waiting for ages even then! ) This business is appallingly unreliable and irresponsible and I recommend giving them a very wide berth!
Edit: we waited over 2 hours in the end, with endless lies about how far away they were. There are plenty of reliable valet parking options at Heathrow - just not these guys!

I am appalled by the service we received tonight. I followed the instructions and called to say we were coming through customs at 18.35 and was told 30 mins. I called after 40 mins and then again at 50mins each time I was told he is just outside! I then called again every 10 mins. Next I was told that he was driving and the battery failed??? I was given so many excuses and lied too. Our car turned up 1hr 50 mins later.
I have 2 young children who had to wait out in the cold.
I’m not sure how they run a business like this?!

Honestly, if you want your holiday to not start horrendously, do not use this company. They were 45 minutes late told me I had to pay for the wait time I had to endure, called literally 30 times before I got an answer.
