I have just put a very negative on…

I have just put a very negative on google, pretty long and I’m a rubbish typer so I’ll be brief, been lied to, been spoken to very rudely, been waiting since 8.30pm last night for our car, I think it’s been stolen by ‘super parking’ we’re going to go to the police if we don’t get it back soon, please stay away from this lot.

Booked a meet-and-greet service

Booked a meet-and-greet service. Communication was poor, driver was an hour late, and the car was not returned as agreed. Staff did not assist, and the service did not match what was advertised. I would not use this company again. STAY AWAY!...

A total rip off rude company

A total rip off rude company . Never answer their phones use a giff gaff mobile for communication that's if they answer it. I had a total nightmare getting my car collected and returned - eventually had to threaten with police after hours of waiting to get my car back - stay clear of these dont book through compare parking webisites - total CON - Jamil

WORST PARKING COMPANY EVER

WORST PARKING COMPANY EVER! AVOID!!
Called them after baggage as instructed, they said it will take 1 hour for the car to arrive! Then rudely hung up when we called again every time, saying things like "Do you expect us to fly the car?" and "You pay £65 for cheap parking and expect the car in 5 min!". Even though we had paid a lot more to park with them and were speaking very politely. Car arrived after several hours.
Also had arrived very late for pickup, and gave no confidence it was a genuine company we were handing our precious car too. Pathetic company - totally avoid and pay more to leave your car with more trustworthy people.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. On the way out followed instructions as per emailed and called half an hour before for them not to be there and then after several calls of chasing them they arrived 40 minutes later. On our return we had to wait 1 1/2 hours in the terminal before we could get our car. Terrible company to deal with

CAR REPORTED STOLEN

We arrived from a long 12 hours flight with 2 kids this morning 6am at Heathrow. Called them said it was going to take an hour.
Waited and waited. Then just didn’t answer phone. Informed police they are aware of this company but they still keep continuing to scam us.
They need to be stopped. We waited 6 hours. Got an Uber back to Birmingham £260
Still nothing from them
We call and call and nothing.
Car has been reported stolen
Apparently they don’t even take our cars to a locked facility they just park them anywhere.
and none of the drivers have insurance. Massive scam.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - SCAM!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY - IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! We waited 2.5 hours at Heathrow to get our car back, after a red eye flight with our three young children. Every time we called, the company representatives either told us the car would come in 10 minutes, or just hung up on us. Eventually, they shouted and swore at us when we threatened to call the police. We then did call the police. The car eventually showed up. Awful experience. So shocking.

Rip off meet and greet parking company

I cannot rate 1 star but you cannot do anything without voting.

Outbound 30 Dec missed flight due to them being 40 minutes late. I had called ahead as instructed and my arrival was confirmed as 7am.

Lateness compounded with not answering phone when you call.

Return journey even worse , did not answer phone and I received car 3 hours later.

No apology or explanation

I had been to a funeral and then to return and think that my car had been stolen

Scandalous and outrageous I recommend you do not use.

Booked via compare your parking found via holiday extras.

No one has the decency to reply to any feedback

Worst parking experience at Heathrow

Called 30mins before customs gate and for the first 5 times they didn't even bother to take the call. We got out of the arrivals and called 3 more times and they picked up anf said the car is 45 mins away, I though ok, will grab a coffee and sit down. I called again after 45 mins and they said they are very busy and will be another 30mins. I got frustrated and kept waiting again. I called them again and they would pick up for a while, they later picked up on my 10th attempt (20overall) and said that my cars battery was down and they have to sort it out, this was a fake excuse as I could track my car and status on my app. In the end, it took 2hours and 30mins for the car to finally arrive.

If I could give it a zero i would ,rubbish company dont meet you at airport ,when you ring 30 minutes before as instructed ,dont answer the phone and as for the return the other reviews say it all ,Again you ring as instructed no answer then they say 1 hour ,then another hour ,Then we had the flat battery excuse like others despite being told he was pulling into car park when they finally answered phone . Finally got car after waiting over 2 hours in the cold,Robbing Bastards is a phrase I would use ,Do NOT BOOK WITH THEM THESE REVIEWS ARE ALL TRUE ,they trade under other names so be careful.

AVOID!!!

They didn’t greet us when we returned, just left our key on a wheel. A staff member from a different company told us where to look, they wouldn’t answer our calls. We had to pay £18.50 to leave as they just left our car. We tried to call using the number on our booking and it was blocked, I used another number and funny enough it rang through fine. We’ve been given multiple routes to complain, being passed from pillar to post. From doing some digging on companies house as well, they is a very fishy situation. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was dissolved in a few months and pops up under a different name. We will be paying the extra to go with a better company next time.

Waited 1hour 45min in freezing cold to get my car back

Landed back at Heathrow and called the number to get them to bring car to the meet and greet level, it should be 30min but we were told 45min then no one came so I called and was told my car was blocked by 20 cars so will take longer ( they had a week to plan the pick up!) stood with child in freezing cold for 1hour 45min! It’s just not good enough have complained… awaiting response

These guys should not be able to run a business. They take your car and ignore your calls on the return. Luckily I had a tracker in the car which allowed me to get a taxi to my car to find the car otherwise I was ringing the number for nearly 2 hours after a long and stressful flight. I do not recommend these guys and would avoid at all costs.

My car had a large scratch on the rear quarter panel and the carpets were absolutely ditched and cover in mud. The windows had green moss around the frames so must have been stored in some field or something.

Avoid avoid AVOID!!! You have been warned!!!

DO NOT USE

The company lost our key.

On arrival we left the car in a car park that looked more like a junk yard. There is trash everywhere, broken fences, broken glass and heaps of rubbish. The connection to the airport was late so we missed our bus.

This was nothing compared to our return journey. They took over an hour to collect us from the terminal. When we got back to the car park, they had lost the key for our car.

They asked us to wait in the "office" while they tried to find it. The office was cold and filthy, with dirty cups everywhere and trash all over the floor. We are still waiting in the office now while the person in charge looks for the key in the most unlikely of places and calls the person who allegedy has our key.

We're still waiting....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PAYING THEM IS A RISK TO YOUR CAR AND YOUR SAFETY.

This is one of the worst and most distressing services I have ever experienced. Super Parking appears to be operating as part of a scam network using multiple company names and fake contact details.
I booked Heathrow parking through a comparison website, but only later discovered that Super Parking / ParkLane Meet & Greet was actually involved. This was not clearly disclosed at booking.
They took my car on 16 December without issue.
When I returned to Heathrow on 26 December, my car was NOT returned.
Phones were unanswered, disconnected, or deliberately hung up
I called over 50 times
Occasionally they answered and immediately hung up
No emails were answered
No customer support whatsoever
My family and I, including two young children, were left abandoned at Heathrow Airport for over 3 hours with no help, no updates, and no accountability.
I eventually had to take an Uber to their parking compound myself just to retrieve my own car. The location was:
St Andrew’s House, Wood Lane, Iver, SL0 0LD
When I arrived, the parking compound owner was rude, aggressive, and uncooperative, questioning why I was there. Only after confrontation was I able to get my car back.
People associated with the company, including a driver manager, denied responsibility and claimed they were “not working”. This behaviour strongly suggests a coordinated operation designed to avoid accountability.

Companies appear under different names
Customers are abandoned at airports
You may have to recover your own vehicle
I have reported this matter to Action Fraud and other authorities and will be pursuing further action.
