Half have sprung leaks. I have bought 3 of these hoses in total (comprising 4 individual lengths of hose). Initially I loved the quality of the brass fittings, the performance of the hose/sprayer and the looks. However within a few months of buying them, 2 (of the 4 lengths) have developed leaks in the inner hose. I emailed to ask about repair and got a reply 5 weeks later. The response (from new owners apparently) was disappointing. They had the opportunity to respond well and wipe the slate clean, but chose not to. So product problems, and the same old poor customer service level as the previous owner.

Hose isn't any better than other flexible hoses, it starts to leak after a few uses. The 200% guarantee isn't worth anything because when it comes time to claim you don't get a response. I have sent multiple emails over the last month and not had a response. Don't believe the lies, the trick is easy sell hoses on the promise they are of high quality, rely on them lasting a couple of months because generally people use hoses for a few months and then put them away for the rainy seasons, and then when they fail some people won't be bothered about claiming, and the few that would complain, can just be ignored... Louis is a genius. He even still sends me offers to purchase another hose!

The company replied to my emails explaining that the hose was defective and immediately arranged a replacement.
This was the reason I chose the company as many people stated they had good experiences of there was an issue.
Since increased my star rating from 2 to 4.

I purchased the tuff hose for late July 2025 and the product worked brilliantly for several months. I had done quite a bit of research before buying this brand which states is thought to be superior to other expandable hoses and has a guarantee . However, within eight months it has developed a hole right next to the tap connection. I have contacted the company (having bought from them directly) three weeks ago and have had no response. I’m very disappointed as I chose this brand with some care yet they seem to be lacking in customer service.

I must eat a portion of humble pie and redact my earlier review!
T-Hose replied to my email (albeit one week later) to inform me that hoses are coming back into stock and can be pre-ordered, with despatch from June 16th. Furthermore they also kindly offered a discount by means of an apology. I like a company that puts things right when they go awry.

I will start off by saying how delighted I am with my new hose. Unfortunately, the push on fitting has lost two of its ball bearings. Or never had them I have tried to contact TISS but the number publicised is not available anymore and I have tried emailing on several occasions and had no response so the product is good but the company is a bit of a mystery!

I purchased a Tuff-Hose and, unfortunately, the hose split and began leaking within three months of use. I have attempted to contact the company by email on three separate occasions but have received no response, and there does not appear to be a contact telephone number available.
Given that the company advertises a “200% guarantee or your money back”, this is extremely disappointing, particularly when it is not possible to obtain a response.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product or company.

Their customer service is appalling. I have emailed numerous times, messaged on Messenger and the phone number is unobtainable. My T Hose developed a fault after 9 months so still under warranty but impossible to speak to someone to resolve the issue. I wouldn’t recommend using their company.

I would not recommend buying a hose from this company.
I purchased one less than 2 months ago and I am having issues with it.
I have emailed them asking for a simple telephone call back so that they can help me resolve the problem.
I have not heard back from them and there is no way I can contact them as there’s no contact number available for this company.
I am not happy about this.

Excellent product, far superior to other hoses.

I paid for quick delivery and it took so long to arrive and I asked for refund of the quick delivery fee and was ignored

Delivery was slow, it arrived after we went on holiday. We left instructions if we weren’t in to try our neighbours. But it was left in our unsecured porch, I saw it on the delivery photo. Now it’s gone!

I have a large garden already have five T hoses. Now added 2 more. Absolutely the best product available on the market.

3 emails later and still no reply. How does anyone return the product? A phone number doesn’t work, fb messenger says no one checks… I want to return this price but impossible to get hold of anyone. Can someone from the company contact me please.
