Hi Aideen, I hope this reply reaches you well. I'm so sorry to see that you have left us a negative review regarding the sample order that you placed with us. I can confirm we dispatched this singular fabric sample on the 1st December, which was a lead time of 4 days. All I can think of is due to the postal strikes that have occurred - the fabric sample was lost in the post as they had a huge surge in Christmas post at the time. I will try to get into contact to re-arrange this re-delivery of the sample. We are of course so sorry for this, as a small mother and daughter company - we rely on Royal Mail so much and any of our hard work that doesn't end up getting to you is incredibly disappointing for us too. I will be in touch. Many thanks, Eleanor

I can confirm we dispatched the very next day for you - with of course huge apologies for any inconvenience caused. We hope this hasn't tainted your view on our small family business and we look forward to working with you soon on any projects you have in your stunning home. Regards, Eleanor and Katherine x x
