Placing the order was easy and pricing was reasonable. Items finally arrived in good condition. My only minor concern was that a couple of weeks after the order, I emailed to check status of the order. No response was received for quite a few days, and then notice of shipment was finally sent.

Fast service, part needed at a fair price

Received exactly the items that were ordered. Items were constructed as advertised and were of excellent quality.

1- 16" Snap Lock KD Galvanized Metal Duct damaged
1- 14" 90 Degree Adjustable Duct Elbow damaged beyond repair
2- 6x14 Round Duct Reducer damaged beyond repair

2 boxes (not even heavy duty) taped together with everything shoved inside

After placing the order, didn’t hear anything back about a date when the parts would come in, use the online messaging and left messages on the phone system multiple times and never got a response. Finally message to cancel the order and later that day, got the confirmation that the order was shipped. Extremely annoyed because we could’ve made the stuff ourselves much sooner had we known it was gonna take this long. It appeared that we were buying some thing off the shelf and obviously with 2+ weeks to ship that wasn’t the case

The box was trashed but nothing inside was damaged. Delivered 1 day sooner than expected.

The company did great on most of the original order. The difficulty was I had one item that they could not send. I contacted them and left the message that I had to make other arrangements. They ignored that contact and a month later sent me the part anyway. I had also told them about parts that I needed instead and they ignored that as well. So most of the order they did great. But the customer service after that was terrible. Unsatisfying

Exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted. Even though it was a weird part and nobody else had it!

While HVAC duct wyes are scarce due to national supply issues, causing the prices to skyrocket, the Sheet Metal Kid was able to make the wyes I needed and at a reasonable price. Keep up the good work!

Service was too fast change my mind and try to cancel my order one hour after ordering it and was not able to nobody even responded to the email
