Absolutely disgraceful the way the zinc group literally stalk people and invalidate a person's GDPR protections.
I offered to pay the full amount owing and they started to ask me about my sexuality, history and health AFTER I agreed to pay the full amount owing due to me being transgender.
I was treated like an 'other' and the questions were extremely invasive.

Absolute shocking company
Absolute shocking company. Pretty much telling me that they are going to continue to harass me even though I’m not due any money. Not only that, I’m pretty sure they hand out your contact details to shady scam companies too. Since they contacted me I have now have people texting and emailing me trying to scam me out of money. I’ve never had this until them. This company needs shut down.

I am being hounded by Zink group for a corporate Vodaphone account that is nothing to do with me personally. I do not work for the company (who is in administration) and Zink continually chase me on my personal mobile number. They are absolutely incompetent, they had no idea who the debt was due from and start reading statements to me saying my credit rating will be affected. They really should learn about debt management before going into business harrassing individuals

Do not use or even speak to this useless incompetent company with no regards to disabilities or mental health and use scare tactics to try recover money not owed and harasses people numours calls each day sometimes from different numbers to chase up debt not owned staff with no competent avoid and do not give any information to these amour answer them once you do that that’s it letters start to quicker this scam of a company shut the better

I paid the bill but a week later I got a letter from a different debt company saying they have bought the bill off zinc so iv been fighting for over a year iv got the bank on my side but the zinc group is a big scam I will expose u soon as I are full off crap your staff hasn't got a clue I'm u just try to get more money I can't wait to see u in court I bet u won't even turn up u are just scum

ZINC we’re assigned by BT to recover money NOT owed after I received a threatening letter from “ZINC” a Complaint was issued to the company , even when speaking to there staff you just know exactly what sort of company they are quite possibly BONUS oriented did not want to listen refused to contact the executive office at BT who had been dealing with issues for over 11 months .

they contact me at the weekend, early morning, and late at night. By every means possible, several times a day
I have never been stalked like this before in my life. I am seriously considering suing them!
HORRIFIC COLLECTION AGENCY - THEY NEED TO BE EXPOSED
If I could put NO STAR I would, this company is the definition of unprofessionalism and in my experience uses threats, intimidation and fear to try to get people to pay debts that are NOT OWED.
Looking at all the other reviews everybody seems to have the same experience and I have informed the extremely large phone company who mistakenly sent and then reversed a debt about this matter.
So they are being investigated by them now, I would advise anybody who has received texts, calls, letters or emails from ZINC despite not having a debt to reach out to the company whom you were dealing with initially, who had cancelled the debt. I guarantee they're not aware it's being pursued by Zinc.
They need to be reported to the Financial Ombudsman as their behaviour is not acceptable from a financial company.

This is a doggy company. I also got a call from a lady with Scottish accent and refused to mention who their client was. I later got a letter that I was owing affinity water. I spoke to affinity water and they didn’t know anything about them. Don’t make the mistake of giving your address on the phone. Block them immediately. 0333 034 2416

I had a call from a lady with a scottish accent, the number was 03330342416. There was no record of this number on the internet. They kept asking me over and over again to confirm my address etc. And wouldn't even tell me what the call was about, not even a hint, which I found suspicious. I asked them to post me a letter.
Worst debt collecting company EVER, beware
Just dealt with this company who were working on behalf of Bupa. Terrible way of conducting business, calling me and before saying Hello, a lady just said I want you name and address for me to open your account. Naturally I put the phone down the first few times. I eventually said, email me a proper letter if you need anything. The email came through with a screen snip signature covering up the company, shoddy again. Many many calls, letters and emails. Eventually I paid the £100 I was being asked for as Bupa confirmed it was on their behalf but Bupa must know how bad this company is, even when paying the money online, Halifax warned that it was not a secure website with no padlock or https. I tried emailing Zinc and received a message saying 'your submission failed because of a server error. Once the money was paid, there website returned to the Zinc home screen, no reference for the payment given, not confirmation on screen of the payment made and no email has been received for the confirmation. I spoke to them just now, they had no answer to why nothing like that was done and told me to contact Bupa to confirm they were real and working for them. 2 minutes after the call, Zinc called again asking me for my personal details and said they could not say why they were calling until I gave them my details. This time I just told them no and payment was made so leave me alone.
