Needed to make a somewhat urgent change to a payment plan due to circumstances. The customer service agent I spoke to, Kieran (apologies if I missed the correct spelling), was super helpful throughout the entire process, even when I had some difficulty getting some details across. Really great service overall.

The lady i spoke to was kind and polite, she made me feel at ease.
I have been having problems with my up to date bill from Octopus energy, this lady gave me what she could see from my last meter readings, i have been having difficulty with my finances recently and she offered solution and company's that may help me.
Overall i was happy with the lady i spoke to and advice that was given to me.

Herson - a wonderful, understanding member of the zinc team - is a joy to speak to. So helpful on every level, genuine, professional. Everyone needs a Herson in their work space. Created a calm environment during my stress and resolved the issue at hand. Trult good with customers. Can't praise him enough. Thankyou.

I wanted to make a point of writing this as someone who has always struggled with his finances and has been scared of the conversations with the creditors I've owed.

I finally managed to pluck up the courage to speak to Zinc and they could not have been more lovely and precise in how they spoke with me to set up a plan to resolve my outstanding debt.
