Absolute SCAM
Absolute SCAM! Our flights to NZ were changed twice without notifying us. We then had to cancel flights, and were assured we would be refunded all of the taxes and fees. 5 months later and still no refund received, despite repeated calls and messages. They don't provide an email address to contact. This company now tells me that the airline will refund, while the airline tells me that Flight Network has to refund.

I was unable to add an extra hold bag during the booking process so I tried online but there was no option. I've spent around 3 hours on the phone today only to have someone tell me with a straight face that no one is allowed to take more than one bag on a flight. Ridiculous. The airline can't do it because it's booked through them and they can't do it because they are useless and tantamount to scammers. So I now have to pay inflated additional baggage charges at the airport because these useless turds can't provide even the most basic service. 0/10 do not recomment.

One of the worst experiences of my life!
I bought my tickets in October 2024 for a trip to Japan in August 2025.
A week ago, I was told that one of my flights was cancelled and NO solution was offered!
They told me I would be refunded, even though I clearly said I didn’t want a refund — I wanted a solution so I could enjoy my trip!
Even worse, I checked with the airline, and they told me that not only was my flight not cancelled, but it was still available for booking!
This agency is shady and treats its customers with zero respect! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

you'd have to give them five stars for lying and for making you hold on. I had to cancel a flight with wiz airs because they refused to carry my mobility scooter either in the hold or as checked in luggage...this meant I had to rebook with another airline that is not discriminatory but I have not received any information or confirmation of my cancellation or my refund ...I have used their chat which takes literally hours and then they cut me off as soon as it got to the point where someone needed to make a decision or take action. This morning I have been holding on the phone for more than an hour and I am still number 10 in the queue which is what they said when I started so no movement there...they do not have excellent customer service as they say,- so far they did not help to cancel the flights and nor have they done anything to contact the airline I was booked with to expedite the refund process which is not registering at all on my booking page of their website. The airline Wiz says it is their responsibility and they say it is the airline's so basically I am stuck between two useless companies and have had to pay for my holiday twice.. Fortunately I have kept a copy of all my chat transcripts and am going to find another route for trying to get my money back but stay away from this company, they add no value and are consummately unhelpful.

Jeg har haft en ekstremt frustrerende oplevelse med Flight Network, Qatar Airways og Malaysia Airlines i forbindelse med en simpel tastefejl i min kones efternavn på vores flybilletter. En enkelt forkert bogstav burde være en nem rettelse, men i stedet er vi blevet kastet rundt mellem selskaberne uden nogen løsning.
Flight Network nægter at ændre navnet og beder os kontakte flyselskaberne direkte. Qatar Airways og Malaysia Airlines siger, at ændringer kun kan foretages af Flight Network. Ingen vil tage ansvar, og vi får modsatrettede svar, hver gang vi kontakter kundeservice.
Vi har allerede brugt over 12.000 euro på denne rejse, inklusive hoteller, og vi rejser med små børn. Til sidst havde vi ingen anden mulighed end at annullere billetterne, da vi ikke kunne få en bekræftelse på, at min kone ville få lov at rejse med den minimale tastefejl. Det er fuldstændig uacceptabelt, at en så lille fejl kan føre til, at vi mister vores rejse!
Hvis du overvejer at booke gennem Flight Network eller flyve med Qatar Airways/Malaysia Airlines, så vær forberedt på en totalt uduelig kundeservice, hvor du spilder timevis på at få en løsning, der aldrig kommer. Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale dem!

This is a SCAM. Stay away from this 'service'. The price is double what you can find with airlines - and this 'service' adds hidden service fees that are not shown in the booking process.

What went wrong? What went right? is a more appropriate question. This company is composed of the most useless, inadequate, incompetent liars I have ever encountered. I would award no stars if that had been an option.
Three of us booked to go to Goa for a fortnight in January and one of our party developed medical problems and wanted to pull out. When we phoned to cancel her flight, the advisor mistakenly cancelled ours as well and was very apologetic and promised to sort it. This fiasco took place on 13 December and now on 2 January we are no further forward. We have rung countless times for updates and on each occasion, we have been subjected to the same waffle. It is being dealt with, it is in hand, it has been passed to our back office, we have launched an investigation. All we wanted was the two flights rebooked WHICH THEY CANCELLED IN THE FIRST PLACE. It is just not happening and we are simply being given the run-around and I cannot find the words to express my contempt for them and their appalling service. How they manage to remain in business is more than I know. I phoned no later than today and was told the same rubbish. I am now in the process of organising a charge back on my credit card because I don't want anything more to do with them. After reading about other people's distressing experiences, I would not be comfortable about going on any holiday booked and managed by this collection of useless idiots.

Mareritt!!! Ikke bestill via dette selskapet!!! Først var det en skrivefeil i etternavnet som jeg forsøkte å endre, ref flyselskap er det lov å endre 3 bokstaver uten gebyr - jeg brukte flere timer på chat og telefon hvis de til slutt tilbød seg å endre bokstaven for et gebyr på kr 457.
Neste billett var en flexbilett og da jeg ønsket å endre denne så de at dette måtte jeg gjøre hos flyselskapet . Flyselskapet ville ikke endre siden jeg ikke hadde kjøpt direkte av de. Etter endeløse timer på mail og chat hvor de flere ganger skulle ha fixet hvor jeg etter noen timer fikk kontrabeskjed om at det ikke var mulig i deres interne system ville de ha tilleggsgebyr for å endre flex billett, deretter kansellerte, og så etter 2 dager med mailer og telefoner tilbød seg å endre billett mot nok et gebyr!! Her er det bare å holde seg unna

Dette blev desværre stoppet et af akut meddelelse om, at vores billetter pludselig var blevet meget efterspurgte, hvorfor vi nu skulle betale 600 kr. ekstra hvis vi ville have billetterne... Man tager jo heller ikke en vare fra Bilka og når man når til kassen skal man betale ekstra grundet efterspørgsel. Synes det et billigt trick for at tjene ekstra penge...

Ho comprato un volo il 2 giugno 2024 per 9 novembre 2024 di Genova a Buenos Aires N° di Ordine 1012-801-848, la compagnia aerea mi invia una email cambiando il volo di ritorno ,chiamo a Flight Network e non si fanno carico chiedendomi che si voglio cambiare il volo di ritorno devo pagare !!!! A 2 settimane della partenza !!!!

Har lige bestilt billetter hos dem og processen to ikke specielt lang tid, men da jeg var halvvejs igennem bestillingen, så kom der en popup, som sagde at billetterne lige var steget 280kr. Ville jeg fortsætte bestillingen, så skulle jeg acceptere. Det er ikke i orden, følte mig snydt. Når man har fået et tilbud, så må det minimum gælde de 15 minutter man udfylder felterne. Som minimum burde der komme en popup, som advarede om, at billetterne ville stige 280kr om fx 15 minutter. Ellers var siden rigtig god med alle de informationer, som jeg behøvede, derfor 2 stjerner.&
