My Russell Hobbs steam iron had ceased functioning correctly and after contacting customer services and sending a video of the iron, they agreed to a replacement. Thank you.
My only comment is that it is difficult to video non functioning iron!

Excellent Russell Hobbs warranty care
My Russell Hobbs kettle expired within warranty. After only an hour of contacting Russell Hobbs, Corina had arranged a replacement under warranty. Could not have been simpler, and the process (and this advisor) is obviously customer-focussed! Well done Corina and many thanks.

We contacted Russell Hobbs this week about a faulty electrical item. After producing paperwork required Russell Hobbs acted so quickly and dealt with our problem. So impressed by them. Excellent service

Uneven toasting on each side of the bread.
I contacted you about my toaster problem on the 19th June and received a reply on the 22nd advising me to confiscate the faulty item as a new replacement was being despatched.
I duly received the replacement toaster on the 25th, thank you.
I have used it every day since and it is working fine.

Customer service over warranty
Contacted customer services as my iron had stopped working. It was purchased in April 2025 with a three‑year warranty. After providing proof of purchase, product support offered a replacement of equal value since the original model was unavailable. The issue was resolved quickly, and the new iron arrived within six days. Very efficient service.

Bought a RH quiet boil kettle in Curry's Forestside Belfast with a 3-year guarantee. The on/off switch failed in routine use after 29 days. Curry's refused to replace!! Even under the consumer Act. The staff were obnoxious. But Russell Hobbs when contacted were very helpful and sent a replacement kettle in due course. I had the option of a refund but very much liked the design of the original kettle.
I give Currys a score of 0/10 and Russell Hobbs 10/10.
Customers will know where not to buy.

Russell Hobbs Addison kettle
Purchased the Addison kettle and whilst I love the kettle I did have an issue with it and it decided to stop working. Purchased from Amazon through the Russell Hobbs storefront (Home and Beauty Direct) and they couldn't have more helpful in sorting the situation out and supplying a replacement - I can genuinely recommend this company.

Excellent customer service excellent products.
I had purchased a kettle/toaster set from Russell Hobbs and the kettle developed a problem. I specifically purchased these particular ones due to disabilities I have as these were touch control/temperature control which was perfect.
I contacted Russell Hobbs with regards to the issue as I believed my product was still within the warranty period. They explained what information they needed me to send via email to enable them to investigate the issue. I must have found the most patience person (Cosmin) I've ever met as I am no good with technology but Cosmin advised me exactly how to send the information and after several attempts I was able to send it.
Once they had received my email with the information they investigated the issue and within a couple of hours offered me a replacement product (for me to choose) and arranged delivery. Cosmin also advised me with regards to disposing my old product.
I don't think I've ever had the advice/patience/understanding and my issued resolved so quickly. I have purchased Russell Hobbs products for many years and this is the 1st time I've ever had an issue with a purchas. I can now say that it's not just the products that are excellent but the customer service team are also excellent and I look forward to further purchases from them. I would advise my friends and family to buy their products and would also advise any other people considering purchases. They truly do the best for their customers. A special thanks to Cosmin for his understanding, care and patience with me.

Warranty claim for faulty kettle lid resolved to my satisfaction.
I had a problem with my kettle lid opening & it was still within warranty, I didn't think this problem would be covered under the warranty but after sending a couple of photos & a video of the problem they agreed that it would be replaced, Anne, in customer services was brilliant, she couldn't not have been more helpful & they agreed to a replacement within a couple of hours.

Pathetic, purchased a kettle which arrived with a scratch on the lid , customer service a nightmare slow responses,
We are both disabled and they wanted photos after a week long of sending emails, we got a response then they wanted me to take it a shop for a return , are they not listening!!
We are both disabled!!
If they offered me a discount for the small scratch I would of been happy…

False Advertising
I had ordered an air conditioning unit in early May before any of the heatwaves and with plenty of stock on all models. Was promised next day delivery which then got pushed back to a one week delivery. On the day of delivery, I had received an email in the morning stating the order was cancelled because it was out of stock. How did it take until the date of delivery to notify me?! Of course since then, all stores from every retailer have sold out of AC. So frustrating given that I had ordered ahead of the recent craze and now have been left with absolutely nothing. Will never shop with them again nor recommend to others.

Warranty registration doesn't work!!
Tried to register a blade less cooler for the extra years warranty. Their own site doesn't recognise the product number. So sent an email to customer support, they obviously didn't read what the problem was and tried sending me to another department. Talk about sloping shoulders.
