I was very happy I went with vetsure for my insurance I didn't have to do anything when my coco was ill they dealt with the vets for me so there was no reason for any extra upset I would recommend them 100percent thank you vetsure Susan Watkins

Jessica, the person who dealt with my enquiry, was informative helpful and very patient with me. I was not pressured to purchase but given all of the relevant information. Great service from a great company
Absolutely amazed at the care and professionalism of Vetsure. All their call handlers are kind and patient. They had great compassion and understanding all the way through my claim. They were very supportive when my dear cat passed away too.
I had to make a difficult call after my cat passed away and Vanessa took my call. She was so kind, caring and compassionate and so supportive too. She didn’t rush the call but gave me all the time I needed. She told me to call any time and she would chat with me.
I cannot recommend Vetsure highly enough. Great service by a great company.
