I went to Vetsure after they were recommended to me. They were so helpful and very straightforward with their help. It was also a nice touch that they referred to my dog by name. Very impressed with the service I received.

Always a good experience we have had…
Always a good experience we have had both our dogs insured with vetsure and every time has been brilliant it’s never good taking your dog to the vet when they are not well so taking away the financial worries is great less to stress about

No stress when making a claim
Vetsure were very quick at dealing with my claim when my cat became unwell. Between the vets and the vetsure team I was kept updated with how my claim was going. Thank you!

Company you can trust to help you.
Always ready to answer queries on th phone. Clearly show costs of bills such as excess for old dog and other things you cannot claim for. My dog at 12 has various problems for some months. Each claim has been dealt with in around 24 hours and money paid into my account. Only dowside is that they are a little expensive but sometimes it is worth it if you have found a company you can trust.

Did a quote online and vetsure rang me within 48hour to go through my quote if I was interested in purchasing (which i was) advisor was really friendly answered my questions to best of his knowledge and had an overall nice calm manner, hopefully in the future I have no problems if needed

I called Vetsure to insure my cat, so everything was done on the telephone, such as choosing an suitable plan, setting up an account etc. I asked a few questions, and they provided very substantive answers.
