Had a problem with a speaker we ordered via Amazon and had the best customer service from Ashleigh at Vocal -star
Was sent a new replacement within a couple of days.

Speed of delivery very good, but had a issue with the pendrive they send, they said they would sort it then stopped responding to emails.

so although i got the DVDs the pendrive wasa flop,

have dealt with them in the past and always been good, sovery disappointed this timearound.

Good company but sadly seems to no longer be trading. Their website is down and you cannot get through to speak to anyone on their phone line.

We have used this company for quite a few years and always found them first class and always willing to help. They deliver on time goods are well packaged and arrive in good order

songbook is bad, unless you read Mandarin, Chinese or Japanese. still trying to find a translator to recognize it

Diese Unternehmen ist die reinste abzocke. Zu Weihnachten haben wir uns die karaoke-soundbar gekauft, in der Hoffnung einiges an Spaß zu haben. Relativ schnell kam dann die Erkenntnis: der Sound ist so miserable, dass jeder Fernseher besser ist. Wir haben sämtlich Einstellung und Kabel-Verbindungen ausprobiert (und das an heilig Abend) und nichts machte den Klang ansatzweise erträglich. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundendienst, erlaubten sie uns die Sendung zurück zu schicken. Da dämmerte es uns bereits, dass wird nicht gut ausgehen. Wir sollten leider recht behalten.
Die retoure sollte nach England verschickt werden, mit einigen sehr dubiösen Hinweisen, dass für das Unternehmen bloß keine Zollgebühren anfallen soll. Wir hielten uns an die „Richtlinie“ und verschickten es für knapp 30€ auf eigene Kosten zurück. Das Paket drehte in England seine Runde und der Kundendienst versicherte uns, wenn es ankommt, gibt es „schnell“ das Geld zurück. Nur leider nimmt das Unternehmen keine Rücksendung an bzw. lehnt die Annahme beim Postboten ab. Das Ende von Lied, dass Paket kam zurück zu uns und wir durften nochmal 10€ bezahlen für die Rück(rück-) Sendung. Dreistigkeit siegte hier.. eine absolute Frechheit. Das Unternehmen gehört bestraft..
uns die Rücksendung erlauben und dann die Annahme zu verweigern ist schon ein starkes Stück. Für die absolut Minderwertige/billige/Schrott Ware haben wir dann nochmal knapp 40€ draufgezahlt. Hoffentlich bestellt niemand mehr bei euch..
Ich kann jedem dort nur nahelegen nicht zu bestellen, die Schrottware müsst ihr behalten (auch wenn sie euch erlauben es zurück zu schicken). Bestellt noch weniger zu Weihnachten/irgendwelchen feiern, die Enttäuschung ist vorprogrammiert.

Great choice of tracks to supplement my existing library. Note however, the tracks are not on a memory stick but a SD card.

Quick simple no hassle transaction

Oir new microphones are great. They worked with our older Vocal Star karaoke machine so easily and it's great that they can be recharged. We didn't have the foam on our old mics and feel this definitely helps with unwanted noise. Great delivery too.
