Amazing customer service from Ashleigh 🌟
I had cause to get in touch with Vocal Star due to an issue I was experiencing with a unit I purchased from them. I can honestly say, their customer service has been faultless. Ashleigh was quick to respond and had a wonderful helpful manner - the best customer service I’ve experienced for a long time!!

Everything Worked Very Well
I had initially thought that this would be a 4 Star review. That was based on me struggling to speak to someone at the company when I was trying to order the equipment.
However, it all went really smoothly. The website is very clear, the company answers emails incredibly quickly and they have really thought through what one needs to do to get everything working properly. They have developed an impressive logistics and customer care set up.
The equipment arrived at the right time. The instructions to put it all together were clear. They also have some videos on the website. I had a couple of questions and got prompt and concise responses. And, most importantly, all the equipment worked properly
So, while the lack of "person on the other end of the line" had me leaning towards a 4 star rating, the fact that they have thought this out so well and that everything was so smooth put me firmly in the 5 Star camp.

Microphones were damaged on arrival but…
Microphones were damaged on arrival but were working
Spoke to Vocal Star you were very attentive, nice and apologetic but there wasn’t enough time to courier replacement microphones. So I celotaped them as advised. They worked for 15 mins and were useless after that.This didn’t deter my 18year old from having fun at the party but was money wasted sadly.

Karaoke hire
I hired a karaoke set from vocal star a while ago and we had an amazing night! It was easy to use with a great sound system. The girl who dealt with us, Ellie, was absolutely incredible, the best customer experience I've ever experienced.
We will definitely be hiring from vocal star again.
