Every Home Should Have One. Service from vocal star was really good, item came next day as stated. Well packed, Easy to set up, We have already had a night in with freinds and it was a hit, everyone had a singalong and it made the evening great.

Real customer-focused service
A courier problem was spotted by Vocal Star who intervened and corrected it without any intervention from me. I was kept up to date throughout by Ashleigh and she arranged for the package to arrive safely the next day. Perfect.

Soo disappointed
Soo disappointed, I bought the vocal-star for a karaoke party that we ended up not being able to have as the vocal-star VS-MT would not stay on, it kept turning its self off. It had been fully charged plus I even tried it plugging it into the mains with no success. Our night of fun was ruined 😡

Hello, very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience with us. I can see that your hire set was only returned to us late yesterday and our team are testing this now to find the issue. Your deposit was refunded today as this return was processed. I can also see that a colleague was answering your emails when you reported this issue and that you found a screen of your own to use. This colleague then told you that the team will test the set when returned and if the fault was found, redress would be given. We are still testing the set currently and will contact you soon. Cannot comment on item purchased as it’s for a Christmas gift however I can say 5 star service. Delivered quickly and there was an item missing from my order but within hours of contacting their customer service team I had this despatched and delivered promptly with no questions asked. Cannot wait to try it out

Vocal Star Disc Player - highly recommended
I have a karaoke business which has been going around 11 years. I started off with a disc player (I think it was called Ultimate & it got damaged a few weeks ago, so wasn't worth getting repaired, so I opted for your Vocal Star player. Although I've moved on to Virtual DJ where my 20,000 songs are on this laptop, I still have a few 1,000 songs on disc. Your Vocal Star Disc player was the best fit for purpose for my equipment & has been running for the last 3 weeks. Amazing piece of kit & excellent value for money, worth of a 5* rating - thank you
