Our office has been looking for a karaoke machine suitable for in-office events and researching for one was overwhelming. There were so many different kinds with different connections and capabilities and I had no idea where to start. I reached out to Vocal Star and we have been back and forth over emails with them helping me find something suitable, making sure I knew what other cords/connections I may need for our TV/speaker etc, and not only were they always prompt in their responses, they were SO helpful. Ashleigh, Lauren and Samantha were all amazing and were seamlessly able to take over from one another to help answer my million questions. Thank you!!

Great customer support from Vocal Star. We received our delivery but for some reason DHL only delivered 3 out of the 4 packages and sent the 4th package back to Vocal Star. Ashleigh in Customer Support was fantastic; as soon as they received the package from DHL she sent it straight back out to us and we received it the next day. Many thanks.

I bought a karaoke machine from Vocal-Star it was an easy set up and I played my music out of the machine straight away. The microphones worked really well and projected out voices nicely. I cannot recommend them enough.

Easy website to navigate through, and streamlined process for purchase to delivery, being kept up to date every step of the way.

I bought a Silent Disco and hired a second set to support an arts project called the Rugby Soundscape. Both sets worked perfectly and came with a good range of cables so they could be attached to pretty much anything. The fold away headphones meant they can be packed and stored really easily without taking up loads of room.
Customer Service was excellent with prompt responses to emails and phone calls - thank you ladies:)

Hired Vocal-Star's karaoke set (large speaker with disco lights, tablet with songs, wireless microphones and a fog machine!) for a birthday party.

The staff are incredibly helpful and informative, the delivery and collection were well organised and seamless.

The equipment itself was a huge hit with people singing for hours on end! (The batteries in the mics actually lasted for over 8 hours). Both adults and kids really enjoyed it. The whole concept is something a little different and you're not just limited to English songs either!

Everyone was really impressed and I have organised for the equipment to be hired again!

I had the pleasure in dealing with Lauren from customer support and what a kind and thoughtful person she is. She exhausted every avenue available to try and help me out but this was in vain but in no way was this Lauren’s fault.
As Lauren was so helpful I decided to take her advice and upgrade my system
So new unit is on its way and looking forward to many nights in front of the telly

I had an issue with one of the microphones on my new VTS200.

Sent an email and within 24 hours received a response from Ashleigh, who resolved my issue in a way that I was not expecting at all.

Ashleigh was so helpful and sorted everything out in such a timely and friendly manner.

Vocal-Star are very fortunate to have someone like Ashleigh.

Lauren also assisted and was very prompt in amending my delivery address with the couriers.
