Experience with WeVoice

The WeVoice operative Harris was very helpful and efficient in reducing the cost of my SIM card only contract as I was looking to cancel my contract and go elsewhere.

Disgraceful and underhand tactics to…

Disgraceful and underhand tactics to take advantage of my vulnerable elderly mother, and want an extortionate amount of money to get out of a phone contract she didn’t need. Told her she had was talking to O2 and they had to move her over to them as they had issues, totally disgraceful behaviour, they also scammed money out of my father as part of the scam ordered a new phone and contract and then demanded he had to take delivery of the phone etc and they would send someone to collect it ! Very untrustworthy people working there! Wouldn’t touch them if they were the last provider on earth! Tied my mother to a 3 year contract under handed scammers springs to mind. Keep well clear of them!

We take allegations of this nature extremely seriously, particularly where vulnerable customers are mentioned. Following your feedback, we sent an email on 10th February requesting account details so we could fully investigate the concerns raised, including reviewing call recordings, order notes, and the migration process. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a response.

We would like to clarify that We Voice does not misrepresent itself as another provider such as O2, and we have strict compliance procedures in place during all sales and migration calls. All orders, including device deliveries and contract terms are clearly confirmed with the account holder prior to processing.

Without the relevant account information, we are unable to trace the matter or verify what has occurred. We strongly encourage you to contact our Customer Care team directly with the account holder’s name, postcode, and contact number so we can urgently investigate and provide clarity.

We remain committed to resolving any genuine concerns and are more than willing to review this thoroughly once we receive the necessary details.

Replacement SIM card

My phone hadn't been recieving calls and messages for a while so I called WeVoice to replace my SIM, they were very quick and helpful with it and my new SIM arrived under 3 days!

The operator who assisted me was called David, he was very helpful and had everything sorted for me quickly. He also answered any questions I had about any other things concerning the SIM card.

It was on the cusp of being stressful…

It was on the cusp of being stressful and great.
Stressful because the English spoken on a technical subject was not of the best, but the attention provided was constant, and eventually the goal was achieved. I hope the savings made will be worth all the hassle!

Terrible, dishonest company

Terrible, dishonest company. They called up my wife and claimed to be a subsidiary of her current network, Vodafone. Then sold her a deal under that misrepresentation. I saw that they’ve done this to others who have complained on Google Reviews too, including to a 90 year old victim. How are these guys able to get away with this kind of practice? Cancelling straight away. I’ve also raised a complaint with Ofcom to stop them doing this to other people.
