Excellent customer service!
My call to customer service was answered very quickly and even though I wasn’t expecting my problem to be solved today, the agent, David was very helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. After a few minutes my issue was sorted! David called me back to check everything was as I wanted and there were no further issues.

The staff at Wevoice were caring, extremely helpful and were never phased by any of the problems I caused. Being 80 next year my computer skills are not great and I am sure I caused a number of headaches for the Team. Harris was great and deserves a medal

Properly Advised.
I spoke to Kevin about the mobile phones that they have available and needed for 6 bedroom house. We needed a phone in each room. It took 17 days to have it delivered to us but he also sent an engineer in to have it all installed.

Fast response and very helpful.
Fast response to dialing the contact line. No issues getting identified. The advisor (David) was very understanding, listened and provided the accurate information to help me clarify my understanding of the issues that I had.
All was resolved to my satisfaction. A very pleasant experience. It only took a few minutes.

Avoid this company
This company should be avoided at all costs.
My son (who has a medical condition which causes him memory problems and confusion) had a similar experience to others. Cold-called (even though his mobile is registered with the Telephone Preference Service), convinced to switch from Sky to worse terms with WeVoice, realised he wasn't happy with the deal, phoned up to cancel within the 14 day cooling-off period (10 days), told he couldn't cancel during a fractious conversation, they took his monthly direct debit anyway so he stopped the direct debit, then they stopped his service and I had to get involved to try to get him reconnected and out of the contract. In the end, we've had to pay exit charges and he's now safely back with Sky. I requested a copy of the recording of the voice conversation when he phoned to cancel (which we are all legally entitled to receive) and they still haven't sent it after 3 months.
I've now submitted a report to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). A reputable and ethical company might be concerned at such a development but I'm confident that this outfit won't bat an eyelid. I'd encourage others who've experienced similar to report this company to the appropriate authority (ICO, Trading Standards etc) so that they end up on the radar of someone who can take action.

We Voice were very good at setting up our service despite having to wait for BT OpenReach who appear to be severely understaffed. Harris was very attentive and helpful through the process.
