I wanted some Aga bakeware
I wanted some Aga bakeware, but I live in the USA and you don’t ship here. I went to England, and tried to get my items shipped there. I brought a checked bag, specifically so I could bring home my items. I was told there was a problem with my billing address, because it was in the US. What if I had been trying to send a gift? I ended up not getting anything, because by the time it was all worked out, it couldn’t be guaranteed that it would arrive before I left.

I sent for 2 navy gauntlets and received 1 navy and 1 black.
Having contacted Aga cookshop they sent another navy one and I sent back the black one.
The quality is good but the hassle is why I only gave it 3 stars

I was able to ring an advisor order my product. It arrived very quickly. It was the large flat baking tray which I’m thrilled with and the bake a light papers which I can’t live without.

I’ve been able to locate this on our system and can confirm it was dispatched from us. However, as the delivery address was incorrect, the courier returned the parcel to sender. This then triggered an automated refund and the order was cancelled.

I am so disappointed with latest purchase from Aga
I am so disappointed with this company, after so many years investing in their brilliant cookware etc. my last order is not being honoured.
I ordered online, a 14cm saucepan with a discount offer.
I was sent 16cm pan and told that no 14cm had been available and was never online .
Maybe the web had erroneously been enabled, as it disappeared when checked later, but certainly there must have been a glitch in their system.
I do not like the intimation that I am lying, and I would appreciate a goodwill gesture by replacing the returned pan with the smaller size.
