I am so disappointed with latest purchase from Aga
I am so disappointed with this company, after so many years investing in their brilliant cookware etc. my last order is not being honoured.
I ordered online, a 14cm saucepan with a discount offer.
I was sent 16cm pan and told that no 14cm had been available and was never online .
Maybe the web had erroneously been enabled, as it disappeared when checked later, but certainly there must have been a glitch in their system.
I do not like the intimation that I am lying, and I would appreciate a goodwill gesture by replacing the returned pan with the smaller size.

New Range Cooker Purchase.
We visited the showroom to select a new range cooker and appreciated the choice available and the level of professional help to assist us in making a choice. So many retailers have next to no stock on display but it was important to us to see what we were buying.
Tony was immensely helpful throughout the process from initial advice through to delivery and installation. Nothing was too much trouble and he smashed competing suppliers on delivery timelines and the quality of customer service. If you are looking for a Range cooker then I genuinely don't think you could find anyone better to deal with. They are a hidden gem.

I am pleased with my new AGA cook shop purchase. It’s exactly the right size and works on my induction hob without a problem as well as on the Aga.( I’ve had Aga pans before that do not work well on my induction hob even though they claim they do!) It seems good quality and is easy to handle.

Prohibitions
Unfortunately, your policy doesn't allow the use of foreign registered credit cards to buy products on the website. I am visiting the Uk next week and wanted to take advantage of an online sale and get products delivered to my brother in law in the Uk so I could take them back to Canada with me. It's ironic I received a follow up survey because I didn't actually make a purchase. As your products are not available in my country, your lack of shipping here, plus your prohibition on foreign credit cards makes dealing with you almost impossible. Not good for me nor for your sales.
