I bought my daughter's Axkid car seat here. At over £300 less than RRP, it was the lowest price I could find for the seat I wanted.

It stated free standard delivery at checkout, so I was expecting to wait a few days, but it was dispatched the same day and arrived the next. Delivered by DPD, who sent a text first thing in the morning with my 1 hour delivery slot. Box arrived in perfect condition

This company must spend all day long dealing with people complaining because they haven't delivered the items they've ordered.

We were told 7-10 days, 27th April. Today 13th of May and not so much an email to update. I have to say, for a company that is selling to expecting parents, who just want to have everything organised and ready to go, and not be dealing with the stress and worry it won't arrive in time, this company is not the one.

Given a chance u would not order with them again, I will update once we receive the items. I am concerned that if it takes as long as some people say it does, I will have a new born with no car seat and no pram.

Can’t speak highly enough of this company! The pram set I bought is absolutely beautiful and the customer service was excellent. I had cause to email the sales team between purchase and dispatch and had really kind, detailed and personal responses back from Debbie and Nikki for which I am very grateful! I had been worried after seeing some negative reviews online but honestly, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this website again. Delivery by DPD, with a PIN to ensure safety of items, emails and calls from the Baby’s-Mart team to confirm my availability before dispatch, which was lovely. Thank you Baby’s-Mart!

All good, happy with our new travel stroller, little long delivery time, but worth to wait for this price

Shipped and delivered very quickly. Great service. I can’t comment on the aftercare, let’s hope we don’t have to use it.

Very good customer service. Quick and attentive. We had a delay with our order due to a manufacturer delay. The shop has offered to send everything they had in stock at the time and outstanding item once back in stock so that we could still have the travel system and Car seat ready for the arrival of our baby.

Ordered 19ty March nothing arrived within the time frame given. Emailed to be told there was a delay from the supplier. 4 weeks later still not item. Emailed them to be told it now wasn't going to be available until May! I asked them to cancel the order and receive a refund in which they have done.
Really not acceptable though that a company can expect customers to wait that long for a car seat and to not communicate until emailed and questioned

I was very impressed with the site. It was very easy to use and I got discount. I was very shocked that it came the next day by 7 o’clock in the morning. My grandson is very excited because they’re going to have a baby boy this week so now it’s up and running so thank you.

I was a little worried about ordering from here at first as the prices were cheaper than everywhere else and I'd never heard of the company before. I took the plunge and ordered a new axkid car seat from them on the Thursday evening and it was delivered to me by 9.30am Saturday! Super speedy delivery and dispatch times and i was kept up to date with emails saying when it had been packed, dispatched, etc.

Used this online shop as the price was very competitive and the delivery was free. Arrived by DPD the day after ordering. Thrilled with service and DPD who are always very reliable.

I ordered cybex stroller. They said delivery 7-10 working days. Today it’s more than 3 weeks. I dont Have my item. They say about supplier. I need my money back!!!!

The customer service here isn’t the greatest, not very helpful at all. Item I had ordered for our family holiday wasn’t as described , the pushchair was grey but stated black on the website and box.
Email which was from Debbie Completely shut me down and I expected to pay for the return cost and send via my own courier for something that wasn’t described.
Sadly I won’t be ordering from here again after the experience I’ve had.
Do better.

Dispatch took quite a ling time but my fault I didn’t read well after ordering. Customer service was very polite in explaining why it takes longer.
I would recommend this website.
