Customer service is brilliant
Customer service is brilliant - I had a leaking tap from the wall mounted shower deck and all I had to do was send them a video of the leak and they sent a replacement tap out which arrived within 2 days. The full shower is very sleek and modern, good water pressure, highly recommend

Don’t expect a reply from customer service
Ordered a tap in July, the handheld shower hose attachment was not the same as the picture (received a silver rubber hose rather than the normal chrome hose you expect). I contacted them to request a replacement as per their website. I received a response within a week requesting info I’d already provided. I resent it anyway for ease, this was the beginning of August, am still waiting for a response…..really simple fix. Shouldn’t be this difficult.

Temu Shower
Ordered a shower from here and should have known better due to the low price, I got next day delivery and it came 2 days later, maybe due to me ordering in the evening
Anyway the shower is something straight off temu, lightweight, plasticy, flimsy with basic instructions, I managed to fit it, it does look nice but I'm not sure how long it's going to last!
I suppose you get what you pay for so don't be lured in with the cheap prices like I did, they're cheap for a reason

For your reassurance, the shower you purchased comes with a 10-year warranty on the brass components and a 1-year warranty on all serviceable and moveable parts. We stand by the durability of our products, and we’re always happy to assist if you experience any issues during that period.
We also want to clarify that we have no connection whatsoever with TEMU or any similar marketplace. Our products are sourced directly from trusted manufacturers and supplied under our own brand standards. Comments like this that have no standing can have damaging effects on a business.
Regarding delivery, orders placed before 3PM will be delivered Next working day if that service is selected at checkout.
We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that the shower looks good once fitted. We hope it serves you well for many years to come and with the warranty in place, you can have confidence in your purchase.

Your order was placed on 25 August 2025, which fell on a UK Bank Holiday when no orders are dispatched. As advertised on our website, our next working day delivery service applies to orders placed on standard working days. Your order was dispatched promptly on 26 August (Tuesday) on a next-day DPD service.
Unfortunately, there was a delay at DPD’s sortation facility on 27 August, which was beyond our control, and your parcel was delivered on 28 August. We completely understand the frustration this caused, and we’ve issued a refund for the difference in delivery cost to reflect that you did not receive the service as expected.
We appreciate your understanding and thank you for shopping with Bathroom House.
Terrible company
Terrible company, wish I had done my research before purchasing as I would have gone with someone reputable. What they are doing is selling cheap low quality products at inflated prices, while the consumer assumes they are getting a service backed up by after sales support. The product leaked within the warranty period, they requested a video which I gave them, they agreed a replacement would be sent out due to inferior quality item and then no further communication was made, ignoring all other correspondences and needless to say no replacement was ever received. Cowboy company avoid at all costs unless you are looking for disappointment
Having left this review I have now finally received the replacement I was promised on 09/07. Still no communication and coincidence I think not but all is well that ends well

Part of the shower was faulty, I called them and they were on the case right away. I sent them videos of the problem and they had sent a replacement part within 24 hours of this!

Lovely item …
I was very happy with the 3 way shower taps.
Look lovely once installed.
Would have been 5 stars if I had received the shorter hose. After sending in the email with photos as requested, I have had no response or replacement. Hasn’t affected the usage, just would look better not having a long hose hanging into the bath.

Absolutely auful. Faulty parts sent so kitchen flooded out ruining floors and solid wood cupboards. Emailed them and had no reply, been calling them and no answer, left voicemail still no reply.
