Absolutely disgraceful company - erroneous information, threatening letters and a very rude paralegal named Olivia Cooke.
Avoid at all costs.

Brady Solicitors dealt with my lease extension and I found Lizzie and Andrea very efficient in dealing with this matters and responsive to my queries for which I was very grateful.

Seamless experience. Deal with Andrew for a lease extension. We are managing agents and made our job easy.

If I could give zero stars I would. A totally unprofessional firm that files bogus claims in the small claims court and then informs you weeks later. I dealt with Zulicker Rashid who filed a claim for £1.3k of service charges that I had already paid plus nearly £4k of legal fees. How can they be allowed to do this? They should at least be fined for unprofessional conduct

I approached Brady solicitors to extend my lease. I was worried from the very beginning that this would not run smoothly. However I was completely wrong, my case was handled by Lizzie and it was handled brilliantly and swiftly.
I was kept informed at every step of the way. It was seamless and I am grateful.

I unfortunately encountered this company through a mistake made by them filing an incorrect land registry alteration to property. I found it hard for them to take my calls or help me resolve the problem. They did eventually resolve the problem but it cost me a lot of money. I personally was not impressed as it was their mistake.

Have just completed my lease extension with Brady and the team were great. I dealt with both Grace and Lizzie and they were very professional and helpful at all points of the journey.

Brady Solicitors were excellent in dealing with my domestic lease extension instructions, in particular, Lizzie Kendrew, who looked after me and the application itself throughout. I was given the available options from the outset, and all the complicated, and technical legal information was clearly explained by Lizzie. The information included Brady Solicitors' fees, and the Client Letter of the service to be expected from Brady Solicitors. The instructions were fully and successfully completed by Lizzie in the target time. I was kept up to date with all relevant developments in a timely fashion by Lizzie at every stage of the process. I would say Brady Solicitors are the best solicitors I have ever instructed in any matter, and would highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience with Brady Solicitors when extending the lease on my flat. Communication was excellent from the start and throughout the process. Their fees were transparent and inclusive. The lease was extended in a timely manner without any undue delay. My thanks to Grace, and subsequently Andrea and Lizzie who seamlessly took over while Grace was on leave.

Today they called my mortgage company and demanded to add inflated debt to my mortgage. Brady told them the Judge had ordered in their favour and they were seeking repossession. I panicked. I called the County Court and it was all LIES. My paperwork has NOT been seen by the Judge yet. Please know your Rights. Get free legal advice. CAB brilliant service. Put my mind at ease. Imagine if this was an elderly person they were doing this to. Disgraceful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Over the last 3 years I have had an absolutely horrific experience working with this firm and I deeply regret trusting them. I would advise steering clear of this company!
