I’m not convinced
I’m not convinced. Not up to par with my old GHDs. Hair doesn’t seem as glossy and very fly away after using my new cloud nine straightener.

I’m still waiting for my product to arrive. The delivery company have lost my product and I’ve not heard what’s happening. Very disappointed. Wish I’d just gone to a shop to purchase.

I brought these for my wife, she's always brought a GHD set , but she choose these and absolutely loves them she said that they are way much better than the GHD and wishes she's was brought them years ago

Disappointed
I have Cloud Nine straighteners and after reading the reviews for the latest hairdryer (with attachments) I had high expectations. The one positive is that it dries your hair super quick (I have thick hair too). But I was really disappointed with the finished result with my hair looking very brittle and frizzy - key things I wanted to avoid hence buying the product.
Definitely not worth the money and I have a much better, cheaper hairdryer, that gives much nicer results.

Great service, had two misshaps with the delivery company breaking the contents of the package but cloud nine put it right straight the way and the 3rd time it was delivered absolutely perfect. Brilliant customer service.

Excellent products. The original straighteners are what I expected and was looking for. No catching hair, which is why I've switched from GHD's.

The best customer service
Great customer service. Helped to rectify a mistake with an order straight away. Made the process so simple and easy for me. The best bit was that I got to speak to an actual human being and they were in the UK. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Great products and got the best small travel size hairdryer I have ever had in my life for free! Delivery and return process was so quick and I was able to track delivery. Great delivery service.
