Booked my bike in for service & MOT. Checked the bike in on the day with courteous, natural service given by the service manager.

Bike was ready after the work had been completed exactly on time despite them being very busy.

Bike felt / rode really well post service - paperwork and service booked stamped and I was on my way. I will definitely be using these guys again.

Oh, and the cafe was great too!

CMC Cannock review. I recently bought my second bike from them and received a good trade in value from them against the Suzuki Vstrom I wanted. Simon was most helpful to go through all the bikes details, history and ran the bike so I hear the exhaust as I didn't want a noisy machine.

Travelled 170 miles to collect SP and pick out new leathers & lid. Got complete attention from Tom in the clothing and helmet department. Then with Jordan for bike handover, who kept the business open way past closing time on a Saturday to ensure I was completely happy before leaving for the ride home. Great experience and very happy with the bike & equipment. A very good team, highly recommended.

Wow CMC Newport!
Bought a new tracer 900gt, had a letter from yamaha, stating a recall, CMC rang me and asked if I'd had my letter ,and did I know the bikes miles, I told them yes and the rough mileage as I was in work,
They would ring me when the part is in stock, no phone call so I toke the bike along with the letter to a yamaha dealer close to where I work, they couldn't do the recall as guess what !!! CMC have claimed they did it, it appears on my online service history, what miles are entered ? The miles I guessed to them on the phone !! ...

A truly excellent service received from CMC Cannock earlier this month. I’m really enjoying the CB1100 which was as perfect as described. The delivery and handover process was quick and simple and great aftercare by providing an additional key after the bike has been delivered. A truly five star service!

Walked into CMC Cannock for a service on my FZ8, walked out with a MT10, Chris and Adam were amazing as usual, great service and the speed of working around your requirements is exceptional. Many thanks to all involved keep up the great work.

A fantastic smooth problem free experience, nothing was too much trouble for Andy and the team and my bike was delivered on the dot as promised. I can't wait for the better weather so I can have a ride to cannock and thank him personally.

Purchased a Tenere 700 in May, just had second service and can't praise the team at Newport enough, friendly super good experience recommend, Stuart Bristol.

Just purchased my first bike after passing test. Cant fault cmc or Dave the sales man atall. Would highly recommend them. Me and my partner Will both defo deal with them again for our future bikes. Big thank you

CMC, I would highly recommend as when we first walked in,we were met with friendly faces and no pressure to walk around and look. Occasionally someone would ask if we were okay. When we did see a bike we were interested in, they were really helpful and again no pressure to sell and left us to make up our own mind, but helped if we needed. So the overall experience was excellent and would definitely purchase again from them

Great range of new and used bikes as well as clothing and equipment. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, especially Jordan and Adam, that's before you get to the lifetime warranty with most of their used bikes! Can't recommend enough. Servicing department are awesome too, (after picking up a nail 2 weeks after picking my new bike up, doh!)
