Quality control and customer service
Dreadful customer service and zero quality control. Waited nearly 2 months for a dining table delivery, only for it to arrive broken with a thin, cheap glass top compared to the showroom model. Technician confirmed it was faulty.
After waiting another month for a replacement—which customer service explicitly promised had "passed inspection"—the replacement arrived today with the exact same defects! Delivery rejected. Three months of stress and empty promises. Do not buy from Cousins.

Very well laid out store with lots of sofas to look at.Staff were exceptionally helpful but not in your face and spent time telling us about the sofas and explaining the ins and outs of each one as well as providing swatches first us to look at colours. Member of staff we dealt with was Haz who could not have been more helpful as we were in store for the whole morning. We hope that we will be pleased with our new sofas when they arrive. We would definitely recommend cousins to other people and it is the second time that we have purchased a sofa from them with the first one being the best sofa that we have ever had and that lasted for years. The ones in between were not so good from other stores so here’s trying Cousins again.

Cousins at Newcastle under Lyme is a great furniture store with very pleasant and welcoming staff. Nothing is too much trouble and as I was shopping for a mattress David who showed and explained the various makes, was very patient and I was allowed time to test the mattresses.
