Great deal!
The sales team were really helpful as we weren’t quite sure what would suit us best. They helped us identify whether 2 or 3 seater sofa would work and showed a range of riser recliners outlining different features. After we’d measured up we settled on right combination and they offered us a good deal with 30% discount and covered all details of sale and delivery.

Went to Cousins in Birmingham on Bank…
Went to Cousins in Birmingham on Bank Holiday Monday to look for a sofa , was greeted with a smile and offered a glass of juice , then met a guy who was super helpful John who I then found out was the CEO , I was so impressed as he didn’t even show this as he was just on the shop floor looking to sale which I thought was a good touch he then put us onto the manager (Kim) she was fantastic and such a ball of energy, great store , great staff , we ended up buying a sofa and so far can’t fault the experience, thanks Dave and Liz
