There were lots of different designs of…
There were lots of different designs of furniture but we were looking for certain types as most places we had been to didn’t have what we were hoping to find the sizes were more important as we have limited space.
The lovely assistant Della showed us a few designs in the sizes we were needing and pointed out that they did some ranges in painted finishes which we thought were very nice and even better that the ones we chosen was not flat packed.
cousins may have been slightly more than we had budgeted for but at least the ones we chose will come ready to place in our home . Thanks Della

The female member of staff who greeted us was extremely helpful. Having described the style of sofa we were after she walked us around the showroom until we found the perfect sofa. She did tell us her name but unfortunately we lost the card.

Dealt with Cousins over the past few years, staff have always been very helpful. Recently dealt with Hayley at the Newcasle branch Decision took a while but Hayley was always very patient and helpful.

we went into the store at Newcastle…
we went into the store at Newcastle under Lyme to look for a tv stand and a lovely sales team name Stan came to us what we were looking for and pointed us into the right direction then left us alone to discuss what we wanted we will Deffenightly go again.

Excellent Service from Phil C... explained options available on new sofas, insurance protection cover and the ability to purchase extra material.
We wanted to make sure we made the correct choice and he was able to answer all our questions.
