Brilliant. Even with an issue with the refrigerator which we had to return the replacement came the next day ( Not Cramton & Moore,s doing) the problem was dealt with by the team in sales hats off to them all. We will certainly use them again.

This company would get 6 stars if I could give them.
We normally order from large well known electronical suppliers but fed up with the lack of customer service, useless extended warranties & disgraceful delivery companies. I came across this fabulous company when looking for a replacement integrated microwave. I was thrilled to find it £140 cheaper with Crampton & Moore than competitors. It was easy to order online, I got an instant confirmation when the order was placed and was kept well informed of the progress of my order and delivery. The big companies could really benefit from going back to basics and taking a leaf out of this companys book. As much as I hope not to need to replace another appliance anytime soon, I won’t hesitate to come back here. Great job, keep doing what you do.

Never ever in my life again order from them
Never ever in my life will I order from them- Terrible & Frustrating supplier and delivery company (ArrowXl) in partnership.
I ordered a fridge freeze from Crampton and choose a delivery date that I had plan my life and that of my family around as we were moving into a new property without fridge nor freezer. They transferred the delivery to a company called ArrowXL which is the worst company I have ever have to dealt with. The delivery company claimed while few stops away from me, something happened to the order and they had to return to their warehouse.
After series of calls to them and no way out. I was asked to call Crampton & Moore. I called and explained to the advisor and he said he’d investigate and give me a call back. I waited all hours and no call, took my time and called back and another advisor or if the same, just kept me on hold and never came back. I dropped the call and begin to call multiple times, they weren’t answering my calls. What a company!!! Leaving a customer call purposely ignored.
Tell me how I won’t be frustrated. I have moved all my items plus the perishable ones out of my old house hoping my fridge is coming as planned. I have little ones of 6 years and under 14 months, I have medications that needs to stay refrigerated.
I watched my food, baby food and groceries go bad in my eyes, my medications became out of use and I’m still going to be in the same fate till God knows when because as we speak the company claim deliver would be in another 3-4 days. What a shame!
I must get paid for all my spoilt items and stress you put myself and my family at. This is driving me crazy and I cannot believe this is happening for an item I paid for. To think no proper process to make an official complaint.

Be warned - not to be trusted
Be warned - do not believe the reviews you are reading.
I placed an order on Wed , and paid extra for Sat delivery.
On Friday I get an email saying delivery would be monday.
I contact the shipper, they referred me back to C&M. They said it was resolved, it wasnt.
I phoned up later, the shipping had been cancelled.
I phoned C&M again, near end of day, they said they would fix it - nothing, they have gone home.
I have had to chase and chase this order, and would recommend to anyone reading this to avoid at all costs.

Sold a used DAB radio as new and then…
Sold a used DAB radio as new and then refused to return the funds.
The radio had sticky-label residue and I had already had a discussion with one of their members of staff, prior to purchasing via their stores on eBay, who had confirmed that they had one of the same brand and model in store.
And they wouldn't provided the correct postage-label. I had to take my parcel to the Post Office only for it to get turned away.
They further ignored my letters demanding my money back in reference to the Consumers Act, details obtained by way of Citizen's Advice.
It came to no surprise when Panasonic stated that Crampton and Moore is not an official distributor of their products.
I have dated photographs of the mark on the radio. There is no argument.

So 5 working days in from placing order, for an item that showed as In Stock. Delivery was stated as 3 to 5 days. Nothing heard yet. Phoned them yesterday and they claimed In Stock meant the manufacturer had stock. So very misleading claim on their website then. Will update review as and when/if my order ever arrives

I had a complicated issue with a delivery. It was under warranty but the manufacturer wouldn’t support the repair. I went to Crampton and Moore and spoke with Harry who was fantastic. He resolved the issue for me by connecting with the manufacturer numerous times. His communication was great. His attitude was professional yet friendly and very supportive. He listened to understand and communicated every step of the way. He had a great attitude to problem solving and reminded me of the ‘find the best way to get to Yes’ philosophy. First delivery (9th June) got cancelled…
First delivery (9th June) got cancelled after the agreed time at 16.00-18.00 kept getting pushed back. Second agreed delivery (20th June) didn’t happen as my fridge wasn’t put on the lorry according to the chatbot! Absolutely appalling - the delivery tracking app is totally inaccurate and doesn’t show the reality. Still trying to get my fridge over two weeks after purchase. I don’t recommend this company at all. Buy somewhere were they use a reliable courier.
