I am so sorry to learn that you are unhappy with our service. The manufacturer does not supply a grill handle with this model and therefore we are unable to supply one. We do not hold spare parts and so we were unable to assist.

I bought a washer dryer from Crampton…
I bought a washer dryer from Crampton and Moore. Their price was £70 less than Curry's so I saved a lot. The delivery time said 5 to 10 working days but the item arrived after 3 days so it was a lot quicker than expected. The machine was packed as new just as you would expect from other retailers. The courier service was friendly and gave me a call on the day of delivery aswell. Great service. Thank you

After being let down by Hotpoint UK, who provided a compact oven that wasn't as specified in our order, searching the Internet for a replacement, we came across Crampton & Moore.
They advertised the model we wanted, for sale. The purchase was easy and straightforward.
Thereafter, we were kept well informed as to progress towards delivery.
The purchase was delivered promptly and efficiently.
All-in-all, a great experience and I would purchase from them again and would happily recommend them as reliable and efficient.
