Excellent service
We needed a surveyor on short notice and Crest was the only company willing and able to help. The booking and payment process was friendly and speedy. The surveyor was polite and professional, even when faced with some very rude neighbours, and our report was returned promptly. Very happy overall.

It was easy to book an appointment which was carried out within a week, I was given feedback on the same day as the survey was carried out, the feedback was a detailed description of things that needed attention straight away and things that need attention in the future. Within 5 working days of the survey we received a full report. The report is a useful document it provides us with a list of things that need doing and estimates of the prices if the work is carried out by professionals, of course some people can do some things themselves. Ben who carried out the survey is helpful, pleasant and polite. Everyone I spoke to from Crest are pleasant, polite and helpful. There are some things that need to be checked by other professionals that the survey does not cover but the report is an in depth report. The survey was carried out during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Extreme professionals, highly recommend
I needed a Home Buyers Survey done asap and was able to find this company online. The customer service was great, they are extremely professional, they communicated clearly at all times. I felt i was in safe hands.
The Surveyor showed up on time for the survey and did a thorough job. After the survey He called me personally on the phone to explain his findings and sent me a detailed report.
I am extremely satisfied with the work carried out. Satisfied customer will recommend to my friends 100%

Firstly I would like to say that Anu was amazing throughout the process keeping me informed both via email and telephone. Our valuation took place at a convenient time for me and was very professionally undertaken as well as following all Covid social distancing protocol. All round good service
Prompt responses to my emails, surveyor texted me 1 hour before he arrived as promised, quick efficient survey done with mask and hand sanitizer. Surveyor checked sketch of floorplan was accurate and called me to explain basis of valuation before issuing report. Report was issued within initially agreed timescale without me having to chase, all good, thank you!

Very efficient service providing retrospective market valuation report for probate purposes. Thomas was very helpful in the circumstances. Charges were lower than originally anticipated when looking for such assistance as an Executor. Would definitely recommend this company and also the particular surveyor involved.
